The concept of original sin lingers in some of Sornieth's older religious texts, but doesn't presently grasp the world's attention as a viable belief system. Somehow is one of the few who follows this line of doctrine in a religion called Redempestism. Following her faith, she allows guilt and blame to fester in her heart to the extent that she can no longer bear to show her face in public - an honor reserved only for the purest of faith. What crimes are she answering for? The Arcanist's invitation of the shade to the planet, mainly, though Sornieth's colorful history has certainly picked up more to be sorry for since then. And if she's the only one thinking about it, feeling sorrowful for the state of things - then what's to stop a catastrophe from striking once more?

But the world isn't all doom and gloom. "Somehow", this dragon can make a difference. By starting a family line of traveling missionaries to spread awareness for her cause, Somehow hopes to avert crisis from striking the world - one worry at a time.
