Bio
A bright and spritely dragon, Lady Ashmane is a fae of the wind, and the leader of an adventuring guild called Ashmane's Company. Born of unknown origins, her egg was found by a patrol of light dragons and was subsequently brought to and raised in a nest of tens of thousands of other dragons in the Sunbeam Ruins.

This nest was a multi-species lair, with many types of dragons living in one place. As a result, Ashmane learned to express herself normally through facial expressions and vocal range, rather than the usual monotone fae expressions relying on crests and frills.

She carries herself with a certain grace, but is never afraid to reach out to others, and is well known for being a warm and friendly fae.

Due to her unique circumstances, she inherited a sense of wanderlust from her wind ancestry whilst also gaining an appreciation for history and truth from her upbringing. So when she found out her true parents were somewhere out there in the world, it seemed only natural that she would seek them out.

Her quest for her parents has brought her to the realms of the Windsinger, where she has decided to start a clan of her own in the hopes of becoming renowned enough to meet the Windsinger. If anyone knew who or where her parents were, it would surely be the him...

Guild Structure
This has gotten pretty long so Ashmane has asked Eridax to keep track of her guild structure for her.

History
When she was a whelp, Lady Ashmane lived in the Daylight Sanctum as part of a clutch of tens of thousands. As a young fae, Lady Ashmane was known for being joyous, caring and graceful. Her bright friendly personality earned her many friends among both her kind, and many other dragons that came to visit.

However, on occasion, she could be seen at the edges of a tree branch, staring at the blue yonder. In those times, she felt a pang for... something. It was as though a part of her was missing, and she always wondered what it was. It was, some kind of calling. A lost fragment of herself perhaps, calling out to her, from somewhere beyond.

But without knowing what it was, or where it could be, she didn't know how to begin looking.

One day, the Adjudicator dragon Eridax came to visit. It was the first time she had seen her clutch visited by a high-ranking imperial. However, he was a gentle soul, and although his visit had been for official inspection purposes, he nevertheless offered his wisdom and philosophy to many of the curious fae that lived there.

Sensing an opportunity, Lady Ashmane told Eridax about her experiences, hoping he could give some sort of insight. Upon hearing her story, Eridax sensed something strange about her. Using his powers as a Imperial Dragon, he peered deep into her soul, and found a truth most surprising:

Ashmane was not a Light dragon, but a Wind dragon.

For Lady Ashmane who had lived in Light territory her entire life, this was a shocking truth. She thought that since she had been here all her life, she must've been a light dragon. But it somehow made a sort of sense. When she thought about it, Lady Ashmane realised she always had this yearning to travel out there. And she had never had any parents. But she thought that was normal as a fae. But now that she was thinking about it, she couldn't help but wonder.

Who birthed her? How come they weren't here? Why was she raised in light territory?

And if she was a wind dragon... why could she wield light powers like any other light dragon?

Telling Eridax this, his expression grew troubled.

"Unfortunately I do not have the answers you seek," he said, "However, I know of one who would."

He raised a claw and pointed into the distance, beyond the rolling plains of light and the sky blue oceans of water.

"Seek out the Windsinger. As a child of the wind, your destiny lies there, upon the plains of the Windswept Plateau."

At that moment, Lady Ashmane felt a certain rush. What was it? Excitement? Anxiety? No. In truth she knew what it was. It was a desire. A desire to find a mother and father she never knew.

She wanted to meet them.

Observing Ashmane closely, Eridax came to a decision. With careful and deliberate movements, he took off his Brightshine Raiments, gently folded them up and handed them to the little fae.

"Take these," he said, "In times when you are lost, its light will guide your way."

With the honoured apparel in hand, she solemnly nodded, and began wearing the clothes earnestly. It fit her perfectly, as though it was always meant to have been worn by her.

Having granted her the direction she longed for, Eridax wished her good luck, and returned to his duty as Adjudicator. And with a small amount of preparation, Lady Ashmane finally bid farewell to her clutch and set off, towards the Windswept Plateau.

Her parents were out there. And one day, she swore to herself, she will find them.
