= Flight Representatives =
a list of elemental ambassadors
and adepts, and what their roles mean

╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯
Coeus had mentioned a dragon who worked closely with him and could tell you more about the Ambassadors, just what they do and what it means to be one. You made your way down a long hallway and up a winding staircase, finding a room that seemed simple enough. You had knocked, and after no answer, decided to push your way into the room. Candles lit up around the room the moment you stepped foot, and a small voice cleared itself from near the roof.

You glance up and bright purple eyes stare back at you, startling you. Light glinted off the sparkling wings of the dainty fae as she finally decided to come closer to you. Her crest displayed curiosity at first, and then smugness.

"You are here to learn, yes?" Her voice was nothing more than a whisper, but you nodded. Her crest still displayed smugness."Very well, take a seat, I will explain all I know about our ambassadors and their adepts." The small fae had said before fluttering off to what appeared to be a Styrantrum. You found somewhere to sit and settled in just as she had her familiar bring you paperwork - albeit a bit slobbery.

"A Flight Ambassador or Flight Representative serves as a liaison between our clan and their Flight, meaning that essentially they keep the peace between flights and relay messages as well. We don't have ambassadors for all Flights yet, but in the future we hope to have at least one ambassador for each Flight, minus the flight we serve. Though technically Prophet serves as that in a way. Ambassadors are not always permanent. They may leave their post or be replaced for different reasons.

For some reason, most Ambassadors seem to have the same color or similar colors as their Flight's totem color. We're a bit flexible on that matter, but there is one strict requirement: a dragon must have been born in that Flight, which is to say their eyes must match the color of their Flight."

Aconitum paused to make sure you were still following before continuing on.

"As for adepts, there are currently two kinds of adepts that we know of. The first being dragons who have mastered the magic of their birth flight, but for some reason or another aren't ambassadors. They could be training to be an ambassador or simply just be good at magic.

The other type are dragons who have managed to become skilled in magic outside of their flight. I say skilled in it instead of mastered because due to not being a part of said flight, they can never truly master the other flight's magic. Due to this, they cannot become ambassadors. They can, however, help ambassadors in their day-to-day duties much like the first type of adepts can." You nodded along to what the fae said, making sure the small dragon knew you understood before you went onto reading about who was who.

Flight Ambassadors and Adepts
XeVUJH1.png LIGHT AMBASSADOR
80970239p.png Kehpri bears the mark of the Lightweaver upon his flank and can usually be found going over the laws of philosophy. He tends to ask a ton of questions at meetings. While he's one of the newest to become a member of the clan, he is already quite popluar with the other members.

LIGHT ADEPTS

EARTH AMBASSADOR
41625878p.png Hailing from Dragonhome, the Earthshaker has blessed her with his mark, and she tends to be the smartest of the ambassadors. Marceline doesn't need to sleep and due to this, tends to appear nearly statuesque when idle. One of her favorite things to talk about, for hours on end mind you, are rocks and minerals.

ELwJ639.png FIRE AMBASSADOR
37970770p.png Samhain had originally been sent to learn the differences in metalworking between shadow and fire territories. She didn't plan on staying but upon finding her mate and being asked by the matriarch, she chose to stay permanently. She bears the mark of the Flamecaller.

FIRE ADEPTS

WIND AMBASSADOR
24320169p.png We do not yet have a wind ambassador, but we are always looking for one!

xwzehfq.png WATER AMBASSADOR
42067280p.png Eirlys bears the mark of the missing Tidelord. She prefers to watch and observe, politely stepping in if she is needed. She has extensive knowledge on all types of aquatic lifeforms. Eirlys also has to be in a body of water or near one for her to get into at all times due to her scales drying out quite quickly.

SHADOW AMBASSADOR
78364614p.png While techincally not an ambassador, Prophet serves as a messenger between their clan and the Shadowbinder. Though they cannot 'see' they have vivid visions and recount them at meetings.

3hz05Cj.png ICE AMBASSADOR
48977454p.png The coldest of ambassadors, Boreas's strong suit has always been politics. His decision-making is swift, logical, and often at the expense of others. He prefers politics because it eventually makes others upset. When everyone gets upset, they leave and he gets some peace and quite.

ICE ADEPTS

LIGHTNING AMBASSADOR
81329077p.png Although they are the newest to join, Tempestas seems to be well-versed in politics. It isn't her favorite thing by far, but she seems to be the most level-headed of all the ambassadors. She's slow to anger and seems to be more understanding than judgemental. Unlike Stormcatcher. However, she does tend to treat every meeting like it's a business venture which is something she picked up from Stormcatcher.

SkIyDB7.png NATURE AMBASSADOR
42358940p.png Forest came bearing the mark of the Gladekeeper on their bark-like skin. They are the calmest ambassador. Forest is essentially a living tree, once being a dryad that was cursed to become a tree and then taken pity on and turned into a dragon, but still a tree. Sometimes they forget they're a tree.

PLAGUE AMBASSADOR
42447900p.png Pesti wasn't always the plague ambassador, but nobody actually knows what happened to the original ambassador. While also being the living embodiment of Pestillence, Pesti is often avoided by clanmates even at meetings - they have to sit the furthest away due to the sickening aura about them. They are always accompanied by at least one of the other horsemen, who serve as his adepts despite not being plague.

30697397p.png Salang isn't like other arcane scholars, he's easy to get along with and often multitasks. He isn't stuck up or distant, and while he adores studying tomes or the stars, he is more than willing to multitask by talking to someone about his duties while doing said duties.
