ABOUT The tides have shifted, when Star and her brother Imriel had fallen into a trap set by the Organization. She was unsure of what was to happen, but she had heard whispers of the horrors that happened in the games. Her gaze flickered around to the others here, mentally noting that even though this would be family...she needed to survive. She needed to rescue her brother and get help from someone. The game was brutal, Star hadn't expected the young children in the game as well. Her first attempt to kill someone...she wasn't able to. Her brain felt overboard to calm her mind, she took to archery. Something her Aunt Kali had taught her. Her next attempt was sucessful, yet she still cried for her fallen family. After the second death, her brother had caught up to her. But for fear of seeing his disappointment she ran. But when news of her brother's death reached her ears....she begged the first person she could find to take away her pain. Of course the tides ended up turning as he continued to refuse, so she killed him instead not realizing it left her as the clear winner. Star had survived, but she had failed her brother. Where would her path take her next? Straight into the clutches of the Organization? Or back to the safety of home? |
