Biography

Nereid is interested in long walks on rocky beaches and protecting your clan territory from beast clan incursions. Collecting strange chests and Coliseum Loot are particular interests. He is excellent with hatchlings, though he does not like to have his tail tugged on. Homemade chicken noodle soup with clawmade, spiral-themed noodles is his favorite winter treat. He particularly enjoys watching downhill skiing and dreams of learning to slalom.

When Nereid is nervous he ties himself into a sheepshank. When he is excited he prefers to use a stevedore knot. On the rare occasions when he is pensive he prefers a sailor's knot (and dreams of the icy seas of his homeland). He does rather think that the double overhand is passé, but will rock a square knot just for kicks.

For the holidays, Nereid decorates his lair with evergreen rope. He is also a big fan of rope lighting and tatted snowflakes.
