Arzon loves to read. While his agemates are out exploring, he likes to stay curled up in the library or his den, nibbling on a snack while reading a story or two. Though he may seem shy compared to his siblings and cousins, one surefire way to get him excited is to ask him about his books. Don't underestimate his knowledge, his ever expanding hoard of books contains everything from scientific papers to fantasy novels, and he has read every last one of them cover to cover. Arzon didn't list his pedigree and his lineage's accomplishments like some of the others also seeking approval to join Festerfell. It'd be a waste of breath; Rifal was skeptical that he could survive the Scarred Wastelands. It was easy to tell during his interview when she reiterated there'd be no extra comforts like those granted to the Consorts.

After being overlooked the first day, Arzon had pearlescent bones tattooed upon his delicate pink skin. He waited in line with the other candidates again for only a brief amount of time before Rifal approached.

"I prefer those of action," she nodded, presumably in approval of his tattoo, "however this will require your words. Why do you seek to join us?"

Arzon's tail began to coil around itself. What if she laughed at him and his goals? It's not like he had any grand plans and technically any plauge clan would work...

Rifal began to move away.

"A book! There is a book I want to write and Festerfell has all the elements I would need to do research for it!" His tail was in full coil with the tip almost reaching the base.

"A book." Rifal repeated slowly, as if weighing the words. "I have yet to hear this reason for joining. Follow Symphonia, she will take you to your residence."

Arzon stopped moving, processing her words. He didn't get a chance to say anything else before a female imperial gestured for him to follow.
