The pair love caring for and teaching hatchlings, so they vowed to grow their family tree far and wide across Sornieth! Sunset's offspring have taken to the skies to flaunt their powerful flight ability and wide range of beautiful colors - sharing in a goal to spread their great lineage. The sister of Antares, Bailey is an adventurous little hatchling who loves exploring, especially climbing and jumping across the ice floes of her previous home in the Southern Icefield. One day, she was out with her brother, daring him to jump across bigger and bigger gaps with her, when the combined force of their landing broke one of the ice chunks away from the mainland. They were sent floating out into the ocean, too far for a young dragon's stamina to fly or swim. After floating for what seemed like forever (but was probably less than an hour), they were found by the members of a young Wind clan, and taken in. Now, Bailey spends her hatchling days climbing and soaring on the cliffs and steppes of the Windswept Plateau. Someday, when she's older, she might go out and search for her family! For now, however, she is content in her clan, with her brother and her rescuers.


Now a young dragon, Bailey is raring to go out and explore the world. She is just as adventurous as before, and no longer satisfied with the small part of the world that she knows. Full of energy and passion, she has been exploring farther and farther from her home with every flight, looking to see all the sights and do everything that she can. Every day, she goes out to explore more and more of the Windswept Plateau (she's not allowed to go anywhere else yet) and soar through the sky and across the many cliffs and floating structures. At the end of the day, she loves coming back home to her clan and her brother, but isn't interested in other relationships yet. Sure, she's open to finding someone to love eventually, but who's got time for that when there's so much to explore?


Young Adult Lore:

Having reached adulthood, Bailey has mellowed out somewhat, but still retains her passion for exploring. Now, her adventures take her all over Sornieth, and she is always discovering somewhere new. She has also taken to the ground, talking to all of the different people she meets on her journeys, rather than focusing solely on the flight. On a visit to the Cloudsong, she met some traveling Spiral dancers, and was captivated by one who shone like a pearl. This young dancer was around her age, and she fell in love with the same passion that she did everything else. While she still goes out on explorations to the rest of the world, most of her flights now usually lead to Cloudsong, and Celes.

Adult Lore:

Bailey has settled down, at least as much as you could expect her to, and developed her relationship with Celes. She and her brother also went back and visited their birth clan, and discovered that they had another sibling. Venus was excited to come with them, and the siblings returned to the Windswept Plateau with a new addition. Bailey discovered Venus' goal, and since she and Celes were already in a relationship, she had joined her youngest sibling in trying to get the two densest mages of their family together. Despite their sheer inability to understand things that aren't magic or science, they finally got them together.

Now, both Bailey and Antares are each having a nest, and they have three eggs each. Bailey is excited to raise her hatchings, and yet she knows she must send them off on their own adventures when they are of age. Just like how Bailey and her brother left their birth clan, no matter how unorthodox the method of leaving they used, and how the matriarch of her bloodline knew she had to send off her descendants.

The eggs have finally hatched, and Bailey couldn't be more excited! She has one little pearlcatcher and two little spirals, and they're all already showing so much personality! Her brother's children are similarly cute, though hers are cuter, and together Bailey, Celes, Antares, and Midrin have a lot of children to take care of. Bailey's already planning the adventures to bring them on, and what to teach them before they go out to find their forever homes.


Despite the fact that her clan (the player, Bella) was too busy to compete much at the Olympics, Bailey won bronze at her first Crystalline Gala!
