Youngest of the Obsidian Mooncatcher Triplets (Selxia, Opherian, and Nyxia): New moon variants hatched on a last quarter moon just before the waning crescents. As such invoking their runes should be focused on magic centered around the concept of release, letting go what no longer serves to make room for the coming new moon and all its potential.

"Subspecies tab is finished! This one, there were so many to choose from, but I've settled on Nyxia here! I just love how her skin and mg eyes look together, and the familiar really ties it in! The fact that ferberus also have more than one pair of eyes really lends towards that as well. But I also really love the subspecies lore! I have a species I'm working on that's to do with the moon, although mine is water based. So maybe I'm a little biased ^^"

Second is Nyxia! If I'm being honest, one of my reasons for being so drawn to her is that she kinda-sorta reminds me of one of my own dragons that I love dearly! The pop of yellow that comes from her multigaze, apparel, and that lovely accent is stunning! And her lovely furberus only adds to the fun with its own dark colors and yellow eyes! All in all, mark me down as a big fan of Nyxia!"
