Eldest of the Obsidian Mooncatcher Triplets (Selxia, Opherian, and Nyxia): New moon variants hatched on a last quarter moon just before the waning crescents. As such invoking their runes should be focused on magic centered around the concept of release, letting go what no longer serves to make room for the coming new moon and all its potential.

Shortly after the discovery and documentation of Suncatchers, we found a variant that is, in a way, its mirror image: Mooncatchers. These lunar variants are remarkable in the sense that the runes color is supposedly dictated by the phase of the moon, and they possess mastery of long forgotten magick of the moon phases.
