Bio: Exquisite is one more of the notable dragons that were born within the tree. Not only was he the first spawn of Mint and Selcouth, but he was also born without brothers or sisters. He was the first egg that Selcouth had, since claiming the tree as her home, and she had several reasons to be nervous about this egg. Selcouth was widely known as a fairly infertile dragon, so the birth of Exquisite was more than a simple miracle.

Even as an egg, Exquisite looked like he wouldn't make it, so Mint and Selcouth watched over him anxiously until he finally hatched. When he did hatch, he hatched on time, but he was obviously still a weak hatchling. However, as he was nursed deep within the tree, drastic changes started to occur. He started to change from a weak hatchling to a rather strong one. Each day, he grew stronger and stronger--practically glowing with life--and other dragons watched his growth with awe, as they expected him to stay weak and frail. Eventually, Exquisite became one of the strongest hatchlings in the nursery!

Of course, this made some dragons start to question why he became so strong so quickly, and some dragons started to study him. From birth, Exquisite had a distinct but very subtle glow. At first, it was just brushed off as weird lighting within the tree, but as the hatchling started to become more active it became increasingly obvious that it wasn't just weird lighting.

The clan quickly learned that the glow came from the tree and that Exquisite was somehow absorbing the power of the tree! None of the dragons within the tree could make sense of this-- not even Ender. They knew he was absorbing the power of the tree, but couldn't figure out how. Even after extensive research, the clan could not figure out how Exquisite was doing this, or why he was the only dragon that could somehow harness the unknown power of the tree.

As he grew, Exquisite became a name of fame. He was the clan's biggest mystery. Not even Exquisite himself knew how or why he could harness this power, but he did start to learn how to control it. It started on accident when he was simply going about his daily tasks. He was helping some of the hunting team pull in the latest gather when his newfound powers awakened. The load from the hunt was heavy and he was struggling to transport it to the hoard. He tugged and tugged until miraculously, the load almost became as light as a feather. When he looked back at the load he was carrying, he was surprised to see it floating just about an inch off the ground. The sack of food also seemed to have a familiar glow under it, it was the same glow that Exquisite had on him! Well fortunately for him, this made transporting the food much easier, but unfortunately, he had no idea how to stop it.

When he reached the hoard he tried shouting "magic" words and even tried sitting on the sack to push it back down to the ground but it just wouldn't budge. Eventually, he just gave up, he just sat in front of the sack and let out a defeated sigh. Then, without warning, the bag just dropped. He was confused, but he was too tired to try to understand what just happened so he decided to leave discovering his new power for later.

Exquisite spent the next several months trying to understand his power and eventually, he got the hang of it. He was now able to make things levitate and fall back to the ground in the blink of an eye. Because of this, he started to become somewhat of a magician. To train himself, he started to put on shows for the clan, which quickly became very popular. He did tricks with all types of items and even let some of the little ones "fly" before they were ready.

He loved his power. Not only was it helpful, but it was also great for show tricks. He and everyone else had no idea if he would ever be capable of more but it was always an exciting thought. What if he gained new abilities? What would they be? Would other dragons start to gain this power as well? No one knew, but one thing was for certain, Mint and Selcouth were extremely proud of their little boy.
