Poppet travels throughout the Focal Point from stone streets to penthouses interviewing locals about their lives in the golden city where "We are the Wishes Come True."

Their spectacular work as a journalist for the FP Gazette spans advice columns, local news reporting, investigation, and reviews. She's a beloved beacon to those who fetch the paper from the newsstands each week, and their work is respected as a preservationist of the current times.

Poppet often collaborates with local radio-host Mai, coming onto his show to talk about upcoming events in the creative scene, and to fill the Gazette's arts column. Together they're wittier than usual, but warm friends, and clearly passionate to listeners about each topic. She is very fond of his exuberant daughter, Mallorie, calling her "A brewing potion, bubbling up to shake the industry."

Poppet's genetic lineage comes from the Frosted, deeply southwest, causing some odd stares from the older generation, the select great-great-grandparents who managed to travel in their youth, atleast.
With no memory of his first family, Poppet is deeply unnerved by the thought of his ancestor's potential struggle. She looks down at her claws and shudders, that is the one lead they'll never follow. 		Hematite
