Hikari has always been very close to his two sisters. The three of them had a very rough-and-tumble youth in the safety of the clan, under the watchful eye of their mother, who encouraged their boisterous behaviour. From a young age, they had gained notoriety within the clan as an unstoppable trio who work to protect the clan.
However, as Hikari matured, he found he was less interested in fighting and more interested in healing the sick and injured. Whenever Narya went too far against an opponent, he would quietly attempt to patch them up. The few times Narya found out, she became enraged, and so he decided to keep such ambitions quiet from her.
It was when he was injured by Narya that Hikari first met Alatáriel. Though her intention had not been to seriously hurt him, she had gotten carried away, and he was landed in the clan's healing suites. As it turned out, this was far from a bad thing. When the beautiful healer swept in to treat him, Hikari was instantly enamoured. While having his injuries tended, confessed that he had always wanted to be a healer rather than a guard. Alatáriel offered to teach him, and Hikari now studies under them in secret.

Relationships

Though it was Alatáriel's appearance that first captured Hikari's attention, he soon came to fall for the healer's intelligence and the gentleness they displayed to those who were sick or injured. Alatáriel's arrogance seems completely warranted to the smitten Hikari, and he cannot comprehend how not everyone loves them.
Hikari would be very embarrassed to know that his teacher is aware of his crush, despite dreaming of becoming mates with Alatáriel.

Narya is Hikari's hot-blooded sister, who is the clan's strongest and most driven fighter. She is dangerous to cross and Hikari is one of the only dragons willing to do so. This is not because he has much fighting prowess, but rather because he knows that her ferocity would not be used against him with much seriousness. It is him that keeps her from getting too out-of-control.

Hariwake is the mediator between Narya and Hikari. She is relatively reserved, and knows Hikari very well. She knows that he is studying under Alatáriel to become a healer, and works behind the scenes to make sure Narya doesn't find out.

It’s no coincidence that this card appears in this reading. The symbolism of the wounded man standing resilient with his back to the obstacles he’s already overcome speaks volumes of not just one dragon but also how they both interact with one another.
