Vraeren was born under the Wolf moon during a lunar eclipse, with eyes so dark purple they looked nearly black. Having had a lot of difficulty in her earlier years from her growing powers making separating dream and waking life difficult and from her constant concern about her becoming corrupted by Shade, especially due to how dark her eyes were, Vraeren went to live under the guidance of Tairinia, a Witchborne hatched under the Cold moon. Capable of whispering to Vraeren even when she shifted to dreams and the Other side, Tarinia was able to help train Vraeren and teach her to control her abilities. Today Vraeren uses what she's learned to guide others through dreams, and to help others connect to their ancestors. Strength

Her Tarot card, Strength, has manifested in the form of overcoming her severe doubt and lack of control concerning her abilities. With training and confidence, her previously weak control over her powers vanished, leaving her able to access and use surprisingly strong powers-Her Dreamwalking in particular is incredibly powerful, she is easily capable of Shifting to the Other side, and with her Shadow magic she can teleport through shadows, just not nearly with the skill those born under the Dark moon would have. Her Shifting ability especially makes it easy to commune directly with her ancestors, and her intuition, perception and general awareness are similarly powerful due to hatching under both a Lunar Eclipse and the Wolf Moon. However, she is abysmally bad at predicting the future, as her magical perception is so powerful that it tends to overload her brain instead of giving her useful information. Witchborne dragons hatched under the Wolf moon have very strong connections to their ancestors, making them very powerful seers, diviners and oracles. They have the advantage of uncommon knowing and uncanny intuition, and may even be able to shift, create or give dreams, and be part of the dream, earning the title of 'Dreamwalkers'. They are extremely loyal to their charges, and are very adept in telling the future based on the events transpiring now. They are also extremely resourceful escape artists and could always predict the next attack and are revered as strategists in any war council.
Born under a Lunar Eclipse:
Children born under a lunar eclipse are known to be strongly intuitive, creative, compassionate and perceptive. With an in-born ability to shift from the Real World and to the Other side, they strive to achieve balance in personal relationships and mastery in whatever they love doing. Prone to changes of heart and mind, they could be frustrating to others, but all know that they are assets to the Witchborne lineage.
