Arcano the King consort

I. Though not particularly strong, Arcano is the silent type of dragon. He was born in a Water nest to Adela (a Water Guardian) and Orsino (a Wind Spiral). Despite the fact that his parents lived in a Wind clan, Adela had laid Arcano's egg in the Sea of a Thousand Currents, giving him Water eyes.

But he grew up in a Wind clan, his best friends being Fergus and Feichin. The three often got into trouble, and despite Arcano being the quietest of them all, he often caused the most trouble. This didn't stop their clan from casting the blame on the two Wildclaws instead of Arcano himself, however. And besides, it was fun to him.

II. On day, while out messing around on the Windswept Plateau, Arcano heard screams coming from the vortex. Fergus and Feichin warned Arcano away from it—even the strongest Wind dragons couldn't escape from it after all—but Arcano ignored them. There, he found Aislinn caught in the winds. Arcano quickly saved her, dragging her to the ground. Aislinn and her father were both grateful, and invited Arcano over to thank him. He agreed.

And then it didn't take long for them to fall in love.

III. Eventually, Aislinn and Arcano left their origin homes to journey somewhere they could raise their hatchlings together, safely. They stumbled upon the Moonlit Waves completely by accident, where they were welcomed with somewhat open arms due to being Water dragons. Arcano less so when it was found out he was raised by Wind dragons.

But when Aislinn became Empress and had her hatchlings, Arcano was respected. Now, everyone comes to him for wisdom and advice, for no one trusts the one who listens more than anything.
