Alruccabah the Treasurer

I. In his old clan, Alruccabah was raised as a god. He was the son of the clan's king and queen, which meant he was treated as though he could do no wrong. However, his parents' treatment of the lower class disgusted him. He called them out on it, and they banished him from the clan. However, they arranged a meeting with the Empire of the Moonlit Waves, deciding that their son would join the Empire. Alruccabah was angered that he wouldn't be able to save the peasants, but he had no choice but to go to the Empire.

II. Living in the Empire was one of Alruccabah's most depressing moments. Despite Rosabelle's attempts to befriend him, he ignored her most of the time. When they had arrived, Empress Aislinn assigned Diyar and his mate Kyo to protect Alru from threats whether outside or inside. He grew closer to them, along with Eurwyn. Because of his royal blood, Aislinn allowed him to join Altulth as a treasurer. Alruccabah was quite good at counting treasure, but he was constantly snarking with the other council members, especially with Ivarr.

III. As time went by, Alruccabah found that his tie with the Rosabelle grew over the next few months. He found her fascinating, that a dragoness so outgoing and adventurous could also be so vulnerable and scared at the same time. The Coatl found himself as her shoulder to cry on. She would always come to him with her problems; be it trying to keep her theater from going bankrupt or mediating things. And no matter how much she talked about her problems, Alru was always there to listen to her. Alru's friendship with Eurwyn came from the fact that the Nocturne had defending Alru against Corrente's xenophbia.

Alru and Rosabelle eventually had hatchlings of their own: Yvonne, Reinhilda, and Romarich. They worry about Yvonne the most, due to her blindness, but never let that get in the way of their love for their other hatchlings.
