- The 'last' Moon Warrior
- Kaladin's childhood best friend and lover
- Determined to become a moon warrior. Kaladin waited up for her through the ceremony, but after the ritual she was driven away for becoming what she was and as enough time passed, she forgot about Kaladin.
- Lived a while in a hidden grotto she named the 'Moon Hollow,' living her life in exile and honing her newfound skills. Years passed, and she grew stronger and drove away anyone who came to find her.
- Befriended Tatum, who lead Eclipse to her. Raizel was shocked to meet another moon warrior and immediately agreed to train her.
- Returned to Windkeep Tower with Eclipse and found Kaladin again. The two are now mates, as Kaladin has given up necromancy.
