Biography
-- LIGHTNING DEMIGOD --
Perceptive > Contemplative > Restrained
musical inspirations here and here
The clan isn't sure where he came from, just that he came during a terrible storm. Lightning had cracked down, one of their own seeing him fall. It wasn't until the storms ended, waiting out the rivers' rage, did they go inspect. An imperial, neither injured nor broken, but the ground around him scorched black from the Stormcatcher's rage. They brought him back to their lair and waited, but as they waited, unease started to fill the air, their lungs. Water would have been easier to breathe.
The first dragon he saw was the clan leader, nervous around him, asking who he was, but he had no answer, no voice, no thoughts of where to even begin. 'Storms in his eyes,' she'd tell the clan later. He'd hear it from another Imperial. 'We'll watch him until he speaks.' and he was told to rest there, at the entrance of the lair, watching dragons come and go. Very few spoke to him, and many avoided him altogether. He made them uncomfortable, wary, uneasy. After so many days, he left to wander around.
A fight somewhere, listening and following the sounds to find an imperial and a mirror, bloody and scarred from each other's claws. He bolted in to tear them apart, but when he roared, it sounded like the same lightning that struck down, thunder echoing and bones shaking. They stopped, all three shocked. He, again, was put somewhere, this time with a supervisor. So he sits, listening to the other dragon converse, unable to respond.
He spent some time away after that, swapping places with a mage from a clan of wandering warriors for little over a week, the silence of the frostbitten hills did some to calm him, despite the glares from some of the white eyed younger dragons, he found some company in the mentor of the aforementioned mage. A wise, if severe fire imperial, he had been the only one in the clan for many years, and although the stormy dragon wasn’t much for conversation, he managed to pass on a little knowledge for keeping his electrical outbursts less violent.
