B I O G R A P H Y

Born to a demigod and his worshipper, young Zephyr watched as her parents tried to spread their word. A demigod among mortals, clearly a reckoning was coming, a change, a new future.

"Make sure you please the god, Zephyr. We do not want to see his anger."

____But the demigod was rarely ever angry. Instead he was watchful, quiet, and the young dragon would always place her offerings at his feet like her mother told her too. She was always told to never look but, and yet she did, staring at eyes which seemed to crackle with the lightning he controlled, but there was never animosity, power, nothing that her mother claimed the god would have.

She was left with this curiosity, over and over, after each offering of the week. Food, gems, anything she could find. Her mother was insistent on offerings, to please him, to keep his protection and his generosity, and he was generous. He shared his lair and his food, and the least they could do was repay it, but Zephyr had only been a child, no matter how many times her mother said it, it never made sense. Other dragons had shelter and food too, yet they did nothing. Why did they have to do it? Her mother punished her, Zephyr's things being offered, and she could do nothing but hold back tears as he looked at her.

"She thought you would enjoy her things today, as an offering." The sound of thunder rumbled through the clearing. "You lie." and for once, his eyes moved to her mother. "Leave."

____His voice rumbled like the thunder that had been heard from the clouds, and it had her whimpering even more, curled up, alone with the god.

_EXTRA BIO_

____Now how Zephyr ended up in the Southern Ice fields is almost an utter mystery to her, months after the incident between her mother and father took place Zephyr some how found herself right on her brother Awakening's doorstep. She was found with a note attached to a string around her neck that simply said;

"Take care of your sibling. - J"

____And despite Awakening's utter confusion he took her into his clan and Zephyr was welcomed with open arms.

____Soon after being welcomed to the clan Zephyr took up Map Making, she always found herself studying her surroundings to the point of where she remembered them like the back of her claw, and when she was suggested to map making she started right away. She also of course felt proud of herself when she would be thanked or praised by the other dragons when they found the way back to the clan with ease.

_PERSONALITY_

____Zephyr is quite awkward around those who are new to her, therefore people often think she is just shy because of her quiet tone when speaking to new dragons. This is the opposite case though; Zephyr can actually get quite loud when speaking around those who she is comfortable with. She loves to laugh and joke around with her brother and friends and will even pull pranks on them whenever she thinks of one; with this it is noticeable that Zephyr is playful and is always glad to talk to her friends and family.

____Zephyr dislikes being made fun of, as it irritates her and gets her all flustered and angry; and when Zephyr is angry the skies cloud over and thunder rumbles. When angered the skies seemingly anger with her; she has no control over it and with that the world around her becomes chaos. So other dragons try not to anger the storm's child, others often try to avoid touchy subjects and attempt to avoid upsetting her in any sort of way. Of course strangers sometimes do upset her, and when that happens disaster strikes.

A storm follows you where ever you go my friend. You were named for the wind that blows from the west, a name given to you by a father who cares more then you know. He sent you away to protect you from your fanatic mother. Had she known what you have inherited from your father she would have used you for her own ambition. Wind and rain my dear, close your eyes and feel them within you. You are the daughter of storm, the life that blooms after the rains. The wind will sing when you ask it, the rain fall when you need it. This is what Maggs sees.
