Biography
Evanescence
Evanescence was born to a very intelligent mother, so much so Ricochet could’ve been a scholar and a father who is a bit more rambunctious. Zero, her father, is the one who taught her how to be tough and defend herself. Her mother and her uncle, Ghost, taught her all there was
about everything they knew. All of their influences definitely rubbed off onto the young coatl. It’s what kept Eve’s mind open and gave her a constant longing to learn more. She remained curious to the world around her and her father embedded the ideal in her. That she could take on the world she was so curious about.
After every passing days, the young coatl grew stronger and smarter, nearly begging to go outside of the den. However, she was still small and her parents didn't think their daughter was ready for such an adventure, so she remained with her uncle and the other hatchlings. However, Evanescence also began to feel the ever growing feeling that she didn’t fit in or belong there. She didn’t know why, no one treated her badly and she got along with most everyone. Eve didn’t dare mention how she felt to her family, but her uncle noticed quickly and informed his sister and brother in law. None of them said anything to the young coatl or pestered her about it, fearing it would only make Evanescence feel worse.
The day came where the now adolescent coatl couldn’t fit this feeling, the feeling of not belonging where she was. It was going to drive her out of that place, she was sure of it. She wanted to find where she did belong, maybe she had a higher calling than she was aware of. Eve herself, doubted that, but something was definitely calling for her, but she couldn’t just up and leave. The adolescent dragon would feel bad for her family and friends if she just said she wanted to leave.
“If you wanna go, then go.” said the familiar voice of Evan’s father as he went to sit beside her looking outside as she was. His statement caught his daughter off guard. Zero turned to her and smiled.
“You may be my little girl, but you have a life to live too.” he started, laughing slightly which made Evanescence smile too. She was glad her father wasn’t overbearing like some, he understood though that doesn’t mean the other two did.
“What about mom and Uncle Ghost?” Evanescence asked and her father motioned his head behind them where Evan’s mother and uncle were sitting quietly. Once their daughter/neice looked behind her, they both smiled. They understood as well, everyone had something different in store for them and needed the freedom to experience that.
That early morning the small family said their farewells and let the young coatl go. Letting her off into the world she had been longing to see since birth and hoped she would find what she was looking for.
However, even now in the arcane clan she resides in, she still doesn’t feel like that’s where she’s supposed to be. Evan didn’t exactly know where to go, until she was told that sometimes the longing you feel isn’t calling you to that place immediately. The young coatl could’ve been experiencing a calling that she was needed, but not right now. This opened Evan’s eyes a little wider and she decided to settle down until she was needed for this mysterious purpose. However, for right now, her purpose in The Clan of Fallen Stars was good enough for her.

______Evanescence has always been a calm and relaxed individual, ever since she was young. She the least problematic for her parents, which they were happy about. She was always the one to be willing to sit patiently and learn or wait on something, it didn’t really bother her too much, still doesn’t. ______Not only is Evanescence patient, but also incredibly clever. She’s quite the problem solver and it’s not difficult for her to be able to manipulate others. Being able to take someone's beliefs, feelings and their own words against them. She isn’t above blackmailing another, but she doesn’t like it very much when she is bribed to keep her mouth shut. ______Eve doesn’t usually use her negotiation skills cynically, she usually does it to help her clan when dealing with poor customers or opposing flights. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have fun with it from time to time. However, in dire situations, Evanescence is more likely to panic and become indecisive. Unsure of what choice is the best one, but between her bright mind and what strength she does have. Eve can usually get out of most sticky situations. |

"Scorn"
Evan met scorn while sitting alone, out in an open snowy field. At the time the creature fully intended on attacking the lone dragon, but once he had gotten closer and realized just upset the coatl was, something in his mind changed. Instead the impaler sat in front of Evanescence and just watched her. The two sat in silence for quite sometime before the coatl actually looked up to her silent company. That was the start of the bond between the two and since then Scorn has more than just surprised Evan. Being as intelligent and nimble as he is, Scorn makes up in strength for what Evanescence can not. He is her greatest asset in combat or hunting and the pair are great at what they do. He also vastly intelligent, being able to speak both dragon and the ancient human language. Scorn is more than just a warmonger, he also has a fair amount of compassion in him and doesn't mind comforting one if they are upset. The only real obstacle Scorn runs into is that, whenever he talks, it's got a demonic sound to it that he can't really do anything about. |
