Biography

White Queen Black Pawn White King
Member of the Wooden Order
Honorary Member of the Glass Order
One day, Morgan was found as a newly hatched dragon in the Clan.

No one knew who her parents were, or if they even were in the Clan at all. The young dragon’s appearance was a mystery.

But she needed a home.

Robin, mother to two young twin sisters at the time, took in the child, vowing to raise her as her own. And things were good. Life was good.

Morgan got along well with her elder sisters, as did she with the other dragons in the clan. Soltnar and her mother taught her the beginnings of magic, while Khatorl helped her hone her keen intellect.

Out of all Morgan learned, however, she favored tactics and strategy by far the most; days would go by where the only time her face wasn’t hidden by some book was when she ate, and even then she learned to do both at once - much to the dismay of whoever next read the stained books.

But as fate would have it, things wouldn’t always stay like that.

They never do, of course. Otherwise Morgan wouldn’t have been found in the first place.

It was Khatorl who first noticed it. On some days, Robin would begin to act differently: uncontrolled, wild, fierce. The calm Wildclaw who studied whatever she could was suddenly a dangerous beast, something no one dared get close to.

Robin herself noticed too, of course - if only she could do anything about it. The days on which she remained relatively untouched became dedicated to the search for some sort of cure, but the days on which she didn’t were useless.

And yet, after all, she always protected her children.

Soltnar, a dragon with magical talent to rival that of anyone in the Clan, first joined her mother. With doubled efforts, it seemed a glint of hope was finally on the horizon, but…

Though Morgan enjoyed practicing her magical abilities which, according to her clanmates, were unlike anything they’d ever seen before, it wasn’t what she liked most. But now she had to.

Of course, the worry doesn’t leave her any room to think about that.
