One day, a powerful spirit, a force to rival deities, descended into the body of a dragon.

She, who took the name of Grima, awoke one day among the shadows.

There, in the ruins known as the Hewn City, Grima saw no other dragon: no light to match the darkness she embodied, no power as strong as her own, not even a lesser dragon.

Only darkness.

Time passed; Grima did not know how much. But not once did she leave where she was, for one who had always been in the dark would avoid the light.

And yet, she longed for it.

Then, one day, the light came to her.

Her name was Naga, and she asked for Grima to come with her.
