I'm gonna go with piebald and sealpoint(siamese). Simple, yet desirable.
TOPIC | Primary Gene Suggestions
How about some Ball Python, Leopard Gecko, or Crested Gecko morphs? There are many to choose from and all are very cool.
I'd sit and scream for years if you ever made a piebald gene with randomized variations from low to high-white.

I just want to second @Melody232's suggestion for a "Siamese" dragon as I randomly thought of it several hours ago. The colors could be saturation variations of the primary color. The muzzle, feet, and tail could remain the original color (or slightly darker), and the rest of the body would become several steps lighter. If you wanted to make it "realistic" the carriers of this gene would keep the "normal" gene expression while hatchlings, with the Siamese trait only being visible on maturity.

I support these suggestions:
Siamese
Piebald
Orca
Vitiligo
Merle
I like Bioluminescent spots but I think that would be a better tertiary gene.
I'd also like to put forth the following suggestions:
Tabby - either classic or mackerel

Rosettes - like a leopard or jaguar

Sable

Roan

Brindle

I support:
Piebald
ball python
siamese
(I think having python and piebald separately so that both genes could show would be awesome because then they could be like a morph :D and by seperately I mean one for tertiary and the other for the primary gene.)

I would totally support patterns such as seal-point (Siamese or snow Bengal), okapi, piebald, jaguar rosettes (to differentiate better from clown?), two-tone coat like on a sable German shepherd, diamondback, merle, roan, koi...
I kinda want to add onto one of Ardor's suggestions, and suggest metallic colors.
It could be implemented the same way that the iridescent and shimmer genes are already applied, in that it gives the dragon a sleek, metallic shine, like a ribbon. I think it'd probably be one of the simpler genes to design since it's pretty much just adding super contrasting highlights. If it were done right, it would look really cool.

"Two-Toned" or "Split" dragons, that have the left side to be a lighter/darker shade than the other, literally making them look like they're 'split in half'.
Hmm... sort of like some sort of Harlequin-type marking, perhaps? That would be interesting to see.
Possible idea/suggestion mockup (really quickly drawn up, sorry... ^-^;)

I'm sure if it was actually done, though, it would look better than my muckup (uhh... mockup.) XP

I live my life in a state of perpetual confusion.
You get used to it... :P
