This is pretty great! I do worry that the dark parts are too dark however. Good luck getting this through. ^^

that is super cool, but yeah, the dark bits seem really black.

@Xirei and @Minstri, sorry! It's my first time trying a skincent, but thank you for pointing this out! I added a lighter version below the original for comparison, do you think that will suffice? Or should I shoot for lighter?

Oh, I'm digging that; I'm usually not a Tundra person but that's a really nice look. I definitely agree that the black parts -- not all of it, just the tentacles! -- need to be lightened up a notch. Leave the skull/face and the rest of the detailing as it is in the first version, though.

That does look much better! As long as there are no sections that are 100% black, so that the shadow layers and line art are visible you should be fine.

http://www1.flightrising.com/wiki/skins/1 it is rule 5 on this page btw, so you can have a look for yourself and see if it feels alright to you, worse case scenario, you submit it and they tell you it needs to be lighter, so there's no harm in trying ^_^
