Berry had already been wandering through the Labyrinth for a day when he sensed the forest shifting around him. It had been a long time since he'd wandered through these woods, however, so it didn't immediately occur to him that this might be an issue until he found himself getting completely turned around and sent straight into a dead end.
It seemed that if he wanted to get to the center, he'd have to double back for a little bit and find another route. Hopefully he wouldn't be forced to turn back again!

Kalor was surprised by how many explorers had picked the same path he had, so on the second day he waited for the other explorers to leave before taking off in a completely different direction. However, now he was stuck in a dead end. After searching futilely for a way forward, Kalor decided to make camp and rest before trying again tomorrow.

When Delta was able to start walking through the labyrinth again, she recognized this part as the Gladeveins. She had been in this section before, and it was better than the Everbloom Gardens in her opinion.
Soon, she could see another barrier blocking her from reaching the Shrieking Wilds. She hadn't walked nearly as far as she had yesterday, but unless she wanted to double back from yesterday's progress, there wasn't many other places to go. Oh well. She could just eat a snack she had packed while she waited.

Violet took a pause to listen to the strange sounds around her. There was the creak of bark and the rustling of leaves as if a strong wind had blown through, but without the strong wind. Glancing behind her, she realized the path she took before was no longer there. The labyrinth itself had changed!
"Moving plants!" she exclaimed. "How do they do that!?"
Not expecting any meaningful answer, she stalked forward at a more careful pace. Not only were strange things happening, but she had the distinct feeling that there could be treasure nearby, and she didn't want to miss it!
For several moments a distant splashing sound caught her curiosity. However, the plantlife was so dense that there was no path toward the western Gladeveins in sight. She huffed at the offending greenery as she was forced to give up on the direction she desired.
Violet continued a short distance onward until she encountered a tight turn in the maze's path.
"This one's it, it's going to be here!" She decided, breaking into a run to round the corner. "Treasure, right here!!"
