Descrip: Loki is one of the Clan's founders and embodies the "too curious for his own good" spirit of the Arcane Flight. [s]Which is probably why he's exploring the Permafrost![/s] He is also a huge trickster and enjoys nothing more than playing pranks on his clanmates - to their eternal irritation. He never wishes any harm to come to his Clan, however: his jokes are meant to be fun, even if others don't always take them that way. He is not the sole ruler of the Clan and prefer to let official duties fall to others.

He is often the victim of Loki's tricks, mostly because Loki finds his rages highly amusing and Thor has a very short temper at the best of times. For all their disagreements, he and Loki do find common ground that is often to the benefit of the whole clan.

She is a terrifying warrior and tracker ... and is the only creature on Sornieth that Fenrir truly fears. [s]She's not happy that her Clanmates are once again setting out on a probably ill-advised trak into Ice territory, but she feels duty bound to follow them.[/s]

She isn't an full clan member to begin with, but rather rogue belonging to a small band of nocturnes that occasionally shelters in their borders. She's never seen her elemental homeland, however, and upon hearing of the peculiar event in the permafrost became stubbornly determined to throw herself into it, even if it meant leaving her family behind for awhile.
Nicandra has a tongue of silver, content both to coerce strangers to her will or strike chills in their hearts with an uncanny sense of what they fear. She is close to her own band of brothers ad sisters, but away from them she is a constant actor and riddler, never quite revealing what she really thinks.

The skydancer is anything but a fighter, but has years of experience in exploring caverns that a useful asset in any cavern system- nothing excites her more than exploring Sorneith's underground. She isn't accustomed to the intense cold here and it slows down movements already inhibited by her gembond, but she has so much natural energy that the party isn't overly concerned for her. Euclase makes friends of most everyone she meets, being very difficult to annoy or push away, with great patience and innately trust in even the most disagreeable dragons. She's also a great lover of sweets.

Small in size but dexterous and long of wing, he's highly skilled at what he does, but speaks little and seems oddly picky about the jobs he takes and vague about acceptable payment. Most dragons find him cold and unsettling, but he's found friends in equally strange dragons of the Grotto, and their leader trusts him enough to let him pass through from time to time. Being ill-inclined to let Euclase run off with only Nicandra for protection, the clan requested that he accompany the pair. He obliged them without a word of payment, and indeed the clan has never paid him anything that they know of, leading to some confusion when he insists they pay him most satisfactorily.

She signed up to explore the dazzling, frosty frontier; an experienced dragon can fight on any terrain!

Day 1:
You are venturing through a part of the Frozen Tundra of the north, where your deity's advisors set you to explore, sensing strangely high amounts of elemental magic radiating from it. After days of searching, you arrive, realizing that the land here is in a state of permafrost, and even touching the ground itself makes you feel uneasy, as even the seemingly soft moss crunches and shatters benath your feet like ice. Upon futher investigation, there is a large sinkhole that seems to go down fairly deep, and random ice features dot the land, shimmering like glass in the sunlight. Your group settles in by setting up a temporary camp and begins to decide where to start investigating the strange magic.

While Nioxxes was very much interested in exploring the sink hole, both Thundercloud and Nepthys decided that it would be safer to stay on the surface and investigate the ice formations. After convincing Nioxxes that the ice was just as interesting as the sinkhole, the three of them set up to investigate the ice and not to fly into the daek pit of doom.
