For example, if I have 98 of the goal item, and then get a battle with three of the enemies that drop that item, I will skip the battle and wait until I get a battle with only one of those enemies.[/b][/i][/indent]

It took me over a year, but I've finally done it. 20 venues, many long nights of grinding, but tragically, no eliminates. However, it was still a massive amount of fun and completing the challenge feels so amazing. So, here's all the documentation of my worthwhile suffering!

My Personal Rules
Iwill only accept something as my item I am trying to reach a stack of if it is the food that drops from a non-boss enemy.
The item will not be accepted if it drops from a Neutral-aligned enemy.
If the first item to drop does not meet the above criteria, I will go to the next, and fight again if there is none until I get an acceptable item.
If a battle has the possibility of taking me over a stack of the goal item, I will cop out and go back into the venue fresh. For example, if I have 98 of the goal item, and then get a battle with three of the enemies that drop that item, I will skip the battle and wait until I get a battle with only one of those enemies.
It is unwise to eat a rosy similis with a dull-colored head.
