I have these from time to time. The place is strange. It's so sterile and futuristic that it gives me a feeling of unease, but it's safe.
it's an underground bunker, somewhere in the far north of Greenland. I don't know where, but it's in Greenland.
The walls are made of black metal, and have no windows. the floor is glass-like, with a metal grate below it. Occasionally the floor passes over crystalline caverns and icy rivers with strange fish-like creatures. The place is illuminated by thin cyan and gold circuit patterns running up the walls.
There are many rooms. there's no entrance or exit to speak of, except a small door which I know isn't safe to open.
There is a main command center, which is like a large circular atrium, and has five stations. The stations are elevated 1 foot above the rest of the room, and there are a few stairs leading up to the dais. there are screens above each station, The stations are all different, but each one has some similar characteristics: they have their back to the center of the room, they each seat up to three people, they are curved, like the room is, the keyboards and various screens are tilted upwards, so one can get a full view of them while sitting at one of the chairs, and they are elevated above the rest of the room.
There are five corridors running off the command center: one leading to a series of storage vaults (which I will get into later), one into a series of laboratories, one leading to a series of apartments, one leading to a gigantic air/sea hangar, and one leading to a data center, where it splits off into two sections: a library/database, and a huge server room, which is large and dark(and reminds me of the Assassin's Creed series Abstergo Server Room, shown below.).

I'm an essential worker, so things have been kind of hectic, but I'm very happily not a
customer-facing one. The beautiful weather out here's given us an absolute bumper crop of roses, so I'm looking forward to some deadheading and flower-arranging this weekend.

I can't remember too much of it, but it was pretty freaky. I don't know if anyone else here watches The Dungeon Run, but this dream was based of of that. Sort of.
The party and I were searching what seemed to be an old abandoned building but we were told that a gnome by the name of Fardinald Ertinfurt (yes I know, I snicker ever time I see his name) was using it as his lab. There were jumpscares and there was absolutely no light and I'm not going to get too far into it. Eventually we found this fat raccoon that I started screaming and screeching at to try and get it out of the building. It eventually stopped and laid down on the stair and gave me the 'Smudge the Cat' look before I woke up.
[b]Notes:[/b] Riddikulus. Utterly riddikulus. This one might have come from the fact that I was up until one this morning watching my favorite DnD show, The Dungeon Run. Specifically episode 36 where a character from ep 5 or 6 makes a reappearance.

Oh, I had totally forgotten about this! I'm sad to say that I haven't done much with dream recall for this last little bit so I'm not remembering much each night, but I've got a new dream journal that is just waiting to be filled so I'll do my best to get back into it :D
RL has been crazy for me as well, mostly on account of my college not quite knowing how to do online finals XD I've also had to spend a lot of time on commissions for writing and art to supplement my income. Once finals are done things should slow down a bit, though! I think I'm going to take a bit of a break from everything to relax after that :o

How long I've been at this: So when I was younger i used to record and keep track of my dreams. I stopped for a while, and then it's been pretty much on and off for me.
My goal(s): I'm not sure I have any goals really. My goal when I was younger used to be to have a lucid dream and I think id still like to do that but who knows?
Things that show up a lot in my dreams: OK so this is a bit weird so idk if I should put a trigger warning but I don't know how to put a trigger warning without saying straight up what it is so I guess that's a warning for teeth falling out. Yeah recently I've been having dreams that my teeth all just fall from my mouth. It was really really strange the first time it happened but its only really happened a couple times. One of the other things I've been reoccurringly dreaming about for years is that I'm in my family's old Camry. I'm driving and I can't break. No matter how much I slam on the breaks I'm just flying through the streets and I can't stop.
A little bit about me: I used to keep a dream journal! In fact some of the dreams I talked about way back then I can still kind of recall. I can't remember all the details anymore since its been years but I can still tell the gist of the story! I'm also really in love with astronomy so I'm excited to try out some challenges!

My dreams are usually sensible, so there's no point trying to walk through walls or jump off a cliff and survive unless I actively try to do that action. so if I wanted to walk through a wall, I would have to imagine how I would walk through the wall etc.
I have tried, and resulted in me dreaming that I got a minor concussion. Guess who tried to jump off a cliff? me. Ended with....impalement.

I had a really sweet dream today actually. It was essentially about a supervillain and his minions (not that kind), who were all children. They all collectively decided to join with the superhero's minions, and become a sort of superhive of minions. They told the supervillain, who accepted this (I'm pretty sure the villain and hero were frenemies) , and then threw a party for the superhero. They told her that one of the villain minions would be joining them, and she would have to be blindfolded for the celebration, as a sort of party game before meeting them. Then, all of the minions scurried over and surprised her.
