Fjord frowned at the feedback -- who doesn't like vacuum cleaners?! You're supposed to pounce them! -- but the cats did have some nice things to say, and he -was- kind of proud of his angles and cuts. Seeing that he had moved up on the leaderboard made him feel better.
Limping back to his room (his feet were still sore, ow) he chanced upon the booth. As fluffy as both kitties looked, he decided that he wasn't ready for -another- go round with salty cats. In an effort to suck up to one of the judges help stimulate the local economy, he bought what looked like the least-stolen thing.

Fireclaw followed the cats to the dungeon, and what he saw was... shocking, to say the least. A cat that walked on the ceiling like a spider, another that warped through a wall... and then there was the prisoners captive in frozen cells that the cats decided to play with.
The cats must have taken him to a prison ward in The Fortress of Ends! But how? He was astonished, he had explicitly declined their offer of climbing on rooftops as to not end up in jail and here he was, outside some cells in the Icewarden's icy domains. They made it out safely once the danger-loving cats decided they had played enough for the day.
Once he came back to the guestroom he and his friends were staying at, he left his little adventure in the dungeon out from the retelling of the day's activities.
The next day [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/2596028/8#post_37459832]he went to the Winter Games[/url], and as soon as he finished the day's competition he ran over to the workshop were the cats' would hold their next challenge.
They had six hours to make the best cat tree, or rather an entire fort if they had the skills to do so. Fireclaw was dismayed, once again these cats had proven to be serious business, but he decided to grab a notebook and at least attempt to build a cool fort.
Inspired by their adventure in the dungeon, he went for a red and black styled fort with a spooky feel to it. He worked pretty hard, but he certainly wasn't an architect so many features he would have liked to add to the super spooky awesome black and red fort he had to leave out from the final build.
The cats didn't love the fort, they saw its flaws, but they didn't hate it either and they did notice that he had managed to build a pretty stable fort. In the end he got an average grade and was told he could take the fort back home with him. Not sure how he would do that, he told them they could either keep it or he would find a way to bring it back home with it at the end of the week.
After that, he went outside and on his way to the guestroom he almost expected to be ambushed by those cats from the other day, but that wasn't the case. Instead he saw a little shop called ''Trustworthy Goods'' in a dark alleyway run by two cute cats. They beckoned him to come over and after a bit of chit-chatting he decided to humour them and buy something from them.
All the items were... unusual, to say the least, but one item stood out and it was a strange-looking book. He thought that this was the kind of object Unknown would like, so he bought it for a cheap penny. Hopefully this was the right decision... .[/center]
