A new hire from the nearby orchard decided to take his afternoon break in the woods. He wandered too far deep into the forest and stumbled upon the clan! Rather afraid of cats, he panicked, as they scurried around his feet, and he turned back to the farm.

Sickness creeps into OrchardClan and the cooler temperatures aren’t helping. 5 cats are inflicted, including deputy, Sparrowstep, therefore leaving the stress of preparing for Leafbare to Dawnstar. At terrible timing, however, Quietbrook births 4 kits: Chestnutkit, Hazelnutkit, Peanutkit, and Walnutkit whom Stormthistle protects from the spreading disease with the help of Sproutpaw. In light of the darkening times, Acornstride confesses to Cardinalflight who accepts wholeheartedly. Thankfully, a week after sickness had gripped the clan, all the cats pull though. Aspenstripe, while a little early, deems Spoutpaw to be a worthy medicine cat and is renamed, Sproutspirit.

Aug 18, 2018: Briarleaf's injures have healed, and just in time as well, because Drizzleleap goes into labor the following night. By the next morning, the clan has two healthy new kits. Drizzleleap names the first kit Splashkit, after her deceased brother, so she lets Mudfeather name the second kit. He chooses the name Birchkit.

Aug 18, 2018: Fallenwind's sickness has healed.

Aug 18, 2018: Birdstar confesses his feelings towards Softfur, telling her that he knows she has a mate but has to tell her anyways. She smiles, before returning to lay by her mate.

  60 | Usually, the clan can last on their prey stores until late Leafbare, but there was still barely any prey to go around. Thankfully, everyone survived.

  The river FateClan had been traveling along had begun to widen. It widened up to a large lake. On one side of the lake was a thick, mostly birch forest with a sizeable pond near the edge, and the other side was a thin, fir forest full of large rocks. This place seemed perfect. Sunstar decided the birch half of the lake would be safer and more useful. After a lengthy search and numerous patrols, FateClan finally set up their permanent camp. For the first time in most of these cats’ lifetimes, they had a permanent home.

8/18 - Silvercloud is expecting! She will continue her duties for another moon before moving to the queens den.

8/18 - Cherryfoot’s kits are ready to become apprentices! They are given the names Talonpaw and Tigerpaw, and are given to Mistyheart and Petalmoon to mentor.

8/18 - Wrenwing goes into labor. Stormflight, though nervous as a first-time father, pushes his feelings aside and helps Wrenwing deliver 5 kits! She names three of them Lightkit, Berrykit, and Marigoldkit before she “runs out of ideas” and asks Stormflight for help. He “suggests” the names Fadingkit and Fallenkit. They are all born healthy.

8/18 - Shortly after the birth of Wrenwing’s kits, a wolf finds camp and attacks! Ivypad and Petalmoon are killed in the struggle, while Silvercloud and Birchcry die defending the nursery. Ivypad is mourned by Cherryfoot, Dustgaze, Doetuft, Talonpaw, and Tigerpaw. Petalmoon is mourned by Moonstar and Cherryfoot. Silvercloud is mourned by Stormflight, Windwhisper, Troutrun, Larksong, Eaglefeather, and Brightwater. Birchcry is mourned by Cherryfoot, Dustgaze, Doetuft, Talonpaw, and Tigerpaw. Tigerpaw’s training is handed over to Doetuft. Moonstar is utterly destroyed by the death of Silvercloud and her expectant kits.

8/18 - At the next medicine cat gathering, Stormflight sees a vision of Silvercloud with Mudpaw and two other silver kits. She says that their names are Fernkit and Echokit. Stormflight tells this to Specklefur, and the tom is proud of the names that she chose.

8/18 - Shiningpaw has obtained her medicine cat name! She will now be known as Shiningsun.

8/18 - Morningshine’s kits are old enough to become apprentices! They are named Nightpaw, Dappledpaw, Skypaw, and Flamepaw, and are given to Lakewillow, Eaglestem, Shrewjaw, and Woollyscar to mentor.

8/18 - Mintlight gives birth to three kits! She and Woollyscar name them Weaselkit, Coalkit, and Dawnkit.

8/18 - Aspenlight gives birth to two kits! She and Sagefall name them Cloverkit and Poppykit. However, Cloverkit is born weak and passes away within the moon.

8/18 - Stormpaw, Skypaw, and Oakpaw all sneak out of camp in the middle of the night. In the morning, Drizzlerain, Brokenfur, and Shrewjaw are all looking for them and decide that they have gone missing. Mossstar sends out a search party to find the apprentices, and they bring nothing back. Heartbroken, Mossstar declares them dead.

8/18 - Cinderfall gives birth to one kit! She and Thornfoot name him Newtkit.

8/18 - Halfstorm gives birth to two kits! She names them Leafkit and Fennelkit.

8/18 - One night, Whitespirit takes Oddkit out into the woods to talk to him. The little tom explains that he doesn’t want to be a medicine cat, at least not in Forestclan. Whitespirit’s heart is torn, and offers to let him leave the clan. Oddkit seems estatic at the idea. They agree that he will become Whitespirit’s apprentice to learn hunting and fighting, and then he will go off on his own.

Mossstar shared the news about the apprentices who went missing. Moonstar tells about the wolf that attacked the clan's camp and killed Silvercloud. The other clans are shocked that she was killed while expecting kits. Whitespirit pulls Honeycloud aside and explains that she chose to take Oddkit as her apprentice temporarily. The she-cat is surprised, but is glad that Whitespirit took a better route.

- Berryfur went into labor. she delivered 2 kits, naming them Earthkit and Specklekit.
- as the end of newleaf drew near, a wave of heat blazed over the territory in scorching rays. after scrounging up as much water as they could, the river receded into muddy slosh. just when Scarletstar was beginning to fret, the clouds overhead opened and unleashed a torrent of rain. with StarClan on their side, the Clan survived the dry spell without misfortune.

8/18 - Skyrunner once again tries to confess her feelings to Daystripe now that Stormstar has taken over the clan once more, but forgets what to say. After standing in front of him stuttering for an eternity, she runs off, leaving the poor tom confused.

- While out on patrol, Flintcreek realized how pretty Swanleap's fur was in the sunlight. The young tom realized that wasn't the only thing pretty about the she-cat, and quickly realized he had gained on a crush on the other cat. His solution was to run away and try and ignore his feelings. Swanleap is confused as to why her friend is suddenly acting strange around her lately, but doesn't heed it too much.


8/18 - Brokenmaw takes aside Owlfeather one day, and quietly confesses his feelings for the queen. At first, she thinks he is merely saying this because she was close friends with Softpelt. The tom denies this, and after a while, the queen realizes he's serious. While she doesn't feel the same, she humors the tom and agrees to become mates with him.

-Bramblepatch and Runningmoon had been spending a lot of time together as of late. Bramblepatch enjoyed the she-cat's company, compared to his brother's, and slowly found that he was beginning to crush on the cat. He doesn't know what to do yet, but keeps it to himself. If Blazeburn finds out, it would be the death of him.

Aug 19, 2018: On patrol, Softshadow spots a twoleg dangerously close to their camp. Luckily, the twoleg returns home and everyone remains safe- for now.

Aug 19, 2018: Rainpetal has returned to warrior duties.

Aug 19, 2018: Leaf-fall starts!

Aug 19, 2018: Snowkit has reached 6 moons and is ready to become an apprentice. Her mentor will be Clearcall.

Aug 19, 2018: Hailpool and Skyrun's injuries have healed.

Aug 19, 2018: Ripplebush goes into labor. After a short birth, her single kit was born. Reedclaw was on patrol, so Ripplebush names the kit Stonekit.

8/19 - Sweetlight’s kits are old enough to become apprentices! They are named Furzepaw, Leafpaw, Sneezepaw, and Toadpaw, and are given to Cherryfoot, Specklefur, Owlshine, and Thunderflame. Moonstar hopes that being given apprentices will help Cherryfoot and Specklefur cope with the deaths of their mates.

8/19 - Firefrost is expecting! She will continue her duties for another moon before moving to the queens den.

8/19 - Doetuft, Tigerpaw, Blackstripe, and Brindlesplash go out on patrol and don’t come back. Moonstar goes out with a search party and is absolutely distraught that they don’t find them. She presumes them dead, and names Cherryfoot the deputy. That night, she loses a life to heartbreak. Moonstar now has 7 lives remaining.

8/19 - One night, Mossstar loses a life from an unknown cause. She goes to Honeycloud and Shiningsun, and the medicine cats are completely shocked, but have no reason why it could have happened. Mossstar has 4 lives left.

8/19 - Sorrelcloud’s kits are old enough to become apprentices! They are given the names Bluepaw and Rainpaw, and are given to Streambelly and Stoatgaze to mentor.

8/19 - Deertail’s kits are ready to become apprentices! They are given the names Maplepaw, Reedpaw, and Oddpaw, and are given to Ravenface, Badgerfeather, and Whitespirit to mentor.


The new apprentices from EmberClan and ForestClan make their apperances. Cherryfoot is announced as EmberClan's new deputy. Beestar and Mossstar offer their condolences for the loss of Blackstripe.

Hopeclan

8/16/18- Eagletalon fully recovered, although his eyesight isn't what it used to be thanks to the injury.
Skytail was hunting alone, when he saw a rogue on Hopeclan's territory. This resulted in a fight. Unfortunately, the rogue was much stronger than Skytail and killed him instantly. His body was found by a search patrol later. Stormstar wanted to be by himself for the next few days, because all of his kits are gone. Pebblestorm is devastated and her kits, expect for Morningkit and Lizradkit, don't understand what's going on.
Flickertail is chosen to be the new deputy.
Cloverfur finally had the chance to confess her feelings to Flickertail, and it worked out!

8/18/18- Stormstar fully recovered.
Cloverfur is pregnant!
Silentkit, Duskkit, Morningkit, Jaykit, and Lizardkit just became apprentices.
Eagletalon sadly passed away in his sleep. Nobody knows how he died.

8/19/18- Mistkit, Coldkit, Strikekit, and Leafkit was old enough to become apprentices. Due to his lameness, Mistpaw was assigned to Yellowsky. Despite their disabilities, Coldpaw and Leafpaw were assigned to Pebblestorm and Blackfur, although he already has an apprentice. Forestcreek was given Strikepaw even though she's currently training Duskpaw.
There was a shortage of prey this moon. Thankfully, everyone made it through.

Marshclan

8/16/18- Bitternkit, Brightkit, Newtkit, and Wrenkit just became apprentices.
Sparrowpelt and Loudhawk just recently became mates.
Cedarclaw, Leafblade, Waterrush, Snakestar, and Movingwaters went missing. Only Snakestar returned, claiming that the others were wiped by a storm.
Brightpaw is reassigned to Darkpelt.
Muskratfur became the new deputy.

8/17/18- The new moon had a rough start with a prey shortage, but Marshclan managed it properly.

8/18/18- Loudhawk is pregnant. Wrenpaw is reassigned to Muskratfur.
Ripplepounce and Wrenpaw became ill, and had to rest for a few days.

- Hazepaw has earned her warrior name. from now on, she will be known as Hazepelt.
- in celebration of her ceremony, the moment the sun rose after she sat vigil, Hazepelt approached her former mentor, Snowfall. she excitedly told him that she had feelings for him. startled, he dismissed her by advising she get some sleep. Hazepelt is determined; she will try again next moon.
- Butterflywing recovered from her injuries and returned to her duties.
