Read this stickied thread at the top of the forum to see the proper procedure for reporting bugs. You have told us absolutely nothing useful; what browser are you using? Are you using a one way CR or a two way CR? What are the items? Do you get an error message, and if yes, what is it? If no, what exactly is preventing you from completing the CR? Is the button greyed out? Does a blank box appear with nothing to click? Does the button just not register that it's been clicked? Has the other person sold, traded, equipped, melted, or otherwise removed the item(s) from their hoard? Have you tried clearing your cache? Have you tried logging out and logging back in?

Basically, the more in-depth info you can give, the better. Vague "this doesnt work" type posts unfortunately dont help any one much - you or the folks that could figure out whats wrong. Thanks!

Got this error after trying to write a message on a CR I just accepted (maybe that was the actual problem?)

This thread is nearly a year old, and not related to your problem. In the future, you should make a new thread if you have an issue.


Also, that’s not a bug. You can’t send messages on trades you’ve already completed.
