I'm looking for art of OCs, with a time period set in the 90's BOYBAND AND GIRLBAND ERA BECAUSE THAT IS THE MOST AWESOME ERA TBH and yes

I would like to commission people who are okay with me reblogging their art on tumblr/posting their art on my tumblr (if they don't have one). Credit will be given to the artist, of course! I may also contact the same artist in the future for more designs.

Payment can be FR currency and/or USD.

This is not urgent! So feel free to contact me anyway even if you're busy atm, and if I really like your work we can discuss rates in the future, when you're more free.

Also, I would appreciate a time-frame for artworks I've paid for in USD. It doesn't matter if your time frame is a week or a month or two, as long as I know when to follow up with you. Reason is I've been totally left in the dust after paying in RL cash before, so I'd like to avoid that in the future. Thanks for your understanding!
