@Naakka I've just been quietly, patiently waiting for my Luminaries. I haven't paid for it yet but I've had a CR open trying to pay for it ever since I placed the order.

My question is, are you just offering to take off Luminaries plate for those who actually paid (as opposed to being in a lengthy CR with funds in reserve), or is Luminaries also needing to cancel orders not yet filled/paid for?

I can be patient longer, just your message about that made me wonder if I'd missed something about Luminaries unfilled orders.

It's up to you whether you'd like to keep the CR pending, I don't know if Luminaries will come back from hiatus at some point and be willing to complete the orders which were left pending. I will only look into compensation with people who have sent payment and not received a refund or their order. If such cases exist I'll discuss privately with the person/people in question how we'd proceed, whether I or some other artist will fill the order or whether a full refund would be in order.
