Howdy! This is an RP set in a tea shop, where you can come and go pretty much as you please. You can duck in and order something, or slink up in a corner. Up to you! You don't need to know anything beforehand about what's going on, just jump right in! I have the teeniest tiniest little bit of lore, but not much lol. This is my first time RPing on FR, so go easy on me lol. Enjoy! ^^ (also, please tell me if you plan not to participate anymore, it's a bit sad when someone just randomly disappears!) I check in with this RP daily unless I am away or have no access to computers. Without further ado... read on! ----- Amidst the tents set up in the wind market, one sits just a little more... uniquely from the others. Aside from the interesting colouration of the tent's fabric, a sweet scent hangs in the air and a thin layer of beaded strings conceals the entrance. Upon entry, you see the tent is large and rounded with a booth set up at the back. There are tree stumps and pillows set up around wood carved tables, some of which are spattered with paint. The booth is also made of wood and bamboo stalks, and has more beads hanging in and around it. A fae sits in the booth, ready to greet and serve customers. She is draped in tea making supplies, and has a cheerful expression. She waves to you as you enter. A slightly smaller male fae sits beside her, drying dishes. He wears fluffy garments and a pair of violet-lensed white goggles, and seems slightly bored to be there. A sign hangs above the booth: "Welcome to Skydrop's tea shop!" ----- EDIT: Puffling and Lishha are also working at the shop as waiters, accompanied by their familiars. "Hello traveler! Welcome to my tea shop!" The white and violet fae exclaimed cheerily. Here at our little tent, we brew a wide range of different teas and such. You see, when I was just a wee hatchling..."
"Oh no, here we go again." The magenta fae sighed, resting his head on a paw.
"I was more into the art of brewery than any battling or building. always plucking random leaves and seeing which ones smelt nice and which ones didn't. While my denmates were learning to cure amber, I was learning to cure water-"
"And what good did that do us when you were building our den, ma?" The smaller fae inquired haughtily.
"AROURA! Did I rase you to be so rude??"
"No ma."
"anyways, I know I babble on a bit," Skydrop admitted, "But we also have a very talented dragon back home who always has some baking for us to sell. Do come in! Seeing as you are today's first customer, first cup is free!" She began to pour a cup of fragnant minted honey tea.

"Rou, be a dear and fetch some more honey from out the back?" She asked.
"Sure," said Aroura, and fluttered to a crate down the back of the tent.

_______The new voice coming from the door to the tent was soft and unobtrusive yet worn, like old, weathered wood. Smiling to the host and her fellow patrons, she unstrapped her satchel and spoke. _______"Surely one of you is the fabled Skydrop? I understand a certain dragon by this name makes an excellent cup of tea." She lifted her head so she could better see from beneath the sedge hat she wore. "I have a request. Skydrop smiled, noting the herbs the stranger kept on her.
"That would be me!" she chirrups. "You into brewery too?" She inquires, pulling a strainer out of a teapot.
Aroura returns to the booth with a small clay pot of honey, and, setting it down on the counter, asks: "Who's this? They come in while I was back there?"
he proceeded to pull a menu out of his fluffy scarf.

_______"Why yes, yes indeed," remarked the beaked skydancer with a warm smile to Skydrop, "my name is Zamii, and I'm something of a connoisseur. A tourist as well - a tea tourist, if you will! - and I've been all over Sornieth tasting the most unique and interesting beverages. But this is something of a more personal matter. You see, when I was a young girl..."

_______As she accepted the menu under her delicate talon, Zamii's eye lingered over towards the skydancer who had just entered. Smiling brighter, she decided to keep her story brief so as not to inconvenience the other customers.

_______"My mother used to live here in the Plateau, and knew learned one of the older tea beverages that originated here. Something of a Zephyr Steppes tradition. She always used to make it for me, but it's a scarcity on every menu, and most haven't so much as heard of it. I'll cut to it: can you brew me a Jahe Telor? Or an STMJ?"

"Why of course I can!" Skydrop trilled, scribbling notes on a piece of paper. "Do you like yours sweeter or spicier? I always love mine sweet, but maybe that's just me being me!" She used her tail to flick a root of ginger off her on-hand tea supplies, beaming at the premise of such a professional request.

Meanwhile, Aroura had busied himself by flitting over to the other customers. "Heya, Aroura's my name, helping my Ma for extra pocket treasure's my game. How may I assist you and your lovely son?" He said, eyeing the snoozing ridgeback child. "May I recommend the chamomile-vanilla infusion? You look like you could use one."
