Dustwatch rushed into camp, following Starlingstar. Instead of following her into the warrior's den, she raced into the nursery.
"Quick, Dapplestripe! We need to get the kits out of here, now! The badger has a tunnel right by here!" she nearly screeched, staring at the queen with wide eyes. She wasn't normally frightened by anything, but a badger in her camp...
Well, it'd be enough to frighten even the hardiest warrior.

*After gathering warriors (btw, we need more of :D) Starlingstar raced into the medicine cats' den.* Pebblewish! Anything you can do to help- there's a badger in the camp(ish)! *She didn't wait for an answer, just ran to the nook behind the nursery to help with anything she could.*

Panic flared in Dapplestripe as she drew back into the nursery, picking up Milkkit in her jaws as she pushed Sootkit out with her tail. The dark gray tom blinked around curiously, and visably nervous by panic his mother displayed.

"Whats happening?" Sootkit squeaked as followed his mother across the camp.

Placing Milkkit down Dapplestripe looked over her two kits, her fur began to lay flat again as she tried to calm down for her kits sake, "It's ok, just stay behind me and everything will be fine." She purred in a soothing tone as she gave each her kits a small nuzzle.

*Blackstorm laughed. The kitten had caught her off guard and the black she-cat toppled over.* "You sure did, Lichenkit." She nodded at Silvermoon, accepting her offer of help*

Dustwatch followed the cats out, pausing in the middle of the camp. She sat there, watching the camp at every angle she could. There was no absolute place where the badger could be hiding. It might already be somewhere in a den or something... She shuddered, not wanting to imagine what could have happened had she not raised the alarm.
