Excellent. The Alpha had accepted his terms. Tychus got underway analyzing his opponent's stance and physical features, looking for possible weak points. From what he could see, the enemy had some experience in combat, but not the extensive knowledge that came from living in an environment where combat was considered a sign of respect, and sometimes even love.

He decided to take the initiative, feinting to the right and following it up with a swipe at Shiori's eye. He didn't expect to actually hit, he mostly wanted to gauge the wolf's speed and reaction time. Despite his starved appearance, Tychus was not nearly as frail or slow as any other wolf would be. While chickweed didn't have much in the way of caloric content, it was chock full of vitamins, and that was most of what Tychus had eaten for a long time.

She settled down next to Juris, and studied the wolf. She was concered at how confident the wolf seemed. It could just be that the wolf was the most brainless wolf she ever met, but he was acting too confident to just be brainless. "Win for the pack!" she shouted, knowing of her alpha's strength. She was fairly confident that Shiori would win, but the wolf's confidence was unsettling. Of course, he could be pretending to not show weakness. This seemed like the more logical conclusion, so she decided on that. It was likely that this was the case. It was no good jumping to conclusions.

Noah let out a soft whine and pressed his muzzle against his alpha's chin as she whispers in his ears "y-you are but i just wanted to everyone be happy " he said with a whimper but then stood up and follows the female to one of the trees, laying down a bit away from her and turn his attention to watch the fight.


Eden snarled at Hoshiko as he turns his back at her, she even considering showing the male where his place was, right there but decide against it, the male clearly believing that he could take her in a fight oh you just wait, I will show you she tough with a growl and stood up, smacking the obviously lovestruck male in the face with her tail as she turns around and walked over to where her brother and Autumn where resting, she plumped down with a irritated huff beside the other female and watch the two males circling each other.

The stranger where the first on to attack, going for Shiori eye. "hmm can't help to say he's a bit good looking~" Eden murmurs more to herself as she studies the loner, even though he looked scrawny now she could see he had some muscles on him and smart to, she had seen him studying Shiori before attacking, looking for possible weakness. And even though the wolf was more likely to lose to their alpha he reeked of confidence.

Autumn looked at Noah she knew he was only trying to help, but it wasn't his job to decide. She closed her eyes and cleared her mind 'that doesn't matter' she thought, what matters was her mate and the fight. "You can do this, Shiori" she howled over the others. She was certain he would win the fight, Shiori was strong and brave even if he didn't win she would still care for him.

She licked her paws quietly lifting her head every so often to see the battle progressing. She saw how the loner was planing to defeat Shiori, she knew it wouldn't work Shiori was smart. Autumn wasn't as excited as the others about fight but she would always support Shiori.

Interesting. Tychus' fellow combatant didn't even try to avoid his swipe, just letting it bounce off of his face. That showed both that he had confidence, and that he was reckless. If Tychus had been really trying there, he could have taken out an eye. Shiori went for a bite on Tychus' snout, but that was a feint. He instead stuck his head under Tychus and attempted to put him on his back. Tychus allowed it.

Putting an enemy on their back was a basic tactic, even pups knew it. What many didn't know was how to counter it. Tychus used the momentum given to him by the toss to roll around and get back on his feet quickly. He lunged forward to bite, not aiming for the throat, but for the stomach. If he took the blow like last time, it would probably do some damage. If not, he was practically sticking his neck into his enemy's teeth.

It suddenly occurred to Tychus that killing the Alpha would most likely bring the wrath of the pack down upon his head. At the last second he switched to the forelimb. Lack of mobility would have to do.

"Eden..maybe you shouldn't annoyed your pack mate, you're going to get your *** handed to your one of this day" Noah said a bit warningly as he watches the gray/white male, raising himself some of the ground when Hoshiko toke some step after his sister with his teeth bared but relaxed and lay back down when the male then seem to decide against it and turns back to Juris, Aspen and Iris.

"well that day, that problem~" Eden said with a snort and seemed more interested in watching the fight then keeping a eye on what's was going on around her, her eyes particularly following the stranger male. She had judged him to early, he clearly got some tricks up his sleeves and wasn't a stranger to fighting, her tail flickring in interests and she watch the fight on in silence.


"Come on Boss~ " Noah's beautiful howl travled through the clearing, cheering their Alpha on "Don't let him get a hold on you!" he howls and snarled when the loner dives in to try to get a hold on one of Shiori forelegs.
