Beware the darkness of dragons
Beware the stalker of dreams
Beware the talons of power and fire
Beware the one who is not what she seems
Something is coming to scorch the earth
Something is coming to shake the ground
Jade Mountain will fall beneath thunder and ice
Unless the lost city of night can be found
The Jade Mountain Prophecy, given by Moonwatcher and Darkstalker, has finally come to fruition. What was described in the prophecy was none other than the Shade, the being that wreaked havoc upon the land of Sornieth. By coming through to Pyrrhia, the Shade tore holes in the fabric of time and space. Through these holes, Sornieth crashed into Pyrrhia to create a crazy mishmash of territories. The RainWing Kingdom was fused with the Viridian Labrynth and the Tangled Wood, the SandWing Kingdom fused with the Shifting Expanse and the Scarred Wasteland, the SeaWing Kingdom fused with the Sea of a Thousand Currents, the IceWing Kingdom with the Southern (now northern) Icefields, The MudWing Kingdom with Dragonhome, the Starfall Isles and the Ashfall Waste, and the SkyWing Kingdom with the Windswept Plateau. Now, the dragons of Sornieth and Pyrrhia are having territory issues, and there are battles breaking out all over the continent. The dragons must either figure out how to live peacefully or find a way to return things to normal. Meanwhile, the Shade continues to create chaos in the background.
Ivory sat in the library of her house when her mother came in, holding a scroll. "Ivory, I think you need to read this." Crimson, her mother said quietly. Ivory took the scroll in her talons and unrolled it. It was seemingly an article sent to most households on Pyrrhia, and it explained the happenings at the Jade Mountain Academy the day previous.

CHAOS AT JADE MOUNTAIN
Written by Deathstorm
Insanity erupted at Jade Mountain Academy yesterday as the prophecy, given to us by Moonwatcher of the NightWings, came true. An asteroid fell from the sky, and a black ooze seeped out of it. It infected students, teachers and animals at random, and they turned and fought ones who were not infected. The black ooze itself also attacked dragons and animals. Word was sent to the SandWing, RainWing, and SkyWing armies, who were able to force the ooze back into the asteroid, which was later buried. The infected animals and dragons, sadly, did not return to normal after the ooze was subdued, and they are still rampaging in the vicinity of Jade Mountain, which citizens are warned to steer clear of. The SandWing army is currently fighting them off, but their numbers are growing. Soldiers are working to keep the rescue teams safe, but the infected beings are relentless. The rescue teams that do emerge with victims say that the casualty count is still rising and that there are very few dragons still under who might still be alive.
Ivory put the scroll down, a shocked expression on her face. She had heard that there was something terrible going on at the school, but she didn't know exactly how bad it was. But this, this was terrifying, this was not something that should happen anywhere, to anyone.
"Mom, what should we do?" She asked, assuming her mother had already read the scroll.
"I don't know, sweetie." Crimson replied, walking over and putting a wing over Ivory. "Whatever it is, we need to remember to keep a lookout just in case." Ivory nodded and put her head on her mother's shoulder, thinking of the terrible tragedy.
