The nearby clans whispered about these woods being haunted during this time of year, and it seemed like those rumors might be true... The forest, once beautiful in daylight with vibrant scarlet and gold leaves carpeting the ground and adorning twisting oaks, now ominous in moonlight with waving branches and rustling leaves sweeping up into the night. Even more eerily, however, strange distorted voices sounded around you, their motives unclear as they laughed and gloated you deeper into the forest. As you moved cautiously, glowing eyes seemed to peek and follow your movements between bushes and trees but disappeared before you could get a closer look. Tatters occasionally blocked your path and were seemingly invisible to the eyes... You panicked and tumbled through the thick undergrowth as the voices grew louder. You wanted to get out of these apparently haunted woods. Suddenly, you bumped into something. Something with flesh and feathers, something that was alive, and staring at you with glowing yellow eyes. While the distorted voices surrounding you seemed to laugh at your reaction, you realized that the creature in front of you was in fact, a coatl, and not a monster. In fact, their terrifying form was just a costume. As you began to calm down the coatl started to speak: “Welcome, stranger. You seemed to have appeared in the wrong place. You gave us all quite a spook, but we probably gave you one as well, so let us put that behind us and I’ll explain everything. This forest is enchanted, in the fact that it is two-faced. One face; the regular forest you are currently in. The other, well,” they paused and laughed, “You will see in a bit. However, the point is that on the week of Halloween, we transform the second face into something spectacular and perfectly spooky so we do not upset the spirits roaming Arcane. This year is particularly important as the Arcane flight seems to be rather... distracted by that new reality show and have ignored their Halloween duties. We do not blame them, but the spirits are angry. That’s why this year we have decided to host a little event...” They raised their arms and muttered something. Before you could even ask the forest around you began to shift and morph. You looked around in amazement as the terrain changed before your eyes. The dark and foggy woods were replaced by a vibrant autumn forest at its peak beauty, red and orange leaves blocking out the sky and covering the ground. Pumpkins carved with all different expressions were everywhere you looked. Candles and lanterns floated around the canopy, and cobwebs and various Halloween decorations were delicately draped across branches and trees. In addition, the previously disoriented voices you heard earlier were in fact dragons of all kinds. They grinned at you merrily, dressed in colorful costumes and apparel. As you gazed around the area, you noticed at tattered banner hanging above you: “THE TAILORING TOURNAMENT OF TERROR” “Well then?” You jumped, startled, as a voice sounded behind you. The coatl was smiling, with a strange gleam in his eyes. Scries are not allowed and will result in disqualification if found out. [*][b]UMAs and full coverage skins are not allowed[/b]. However, fest/coli/site skins are allowed. [*]Each player can [b]only win once.[/b] [*]When referring to the Tailoring Tournament of Terror, you must use it’s full name. Can’t make the spirits angry. [*]As this is a [b]costume contest[/b], you [b]may not submit dragons wearing their regular clothes.[/b] This especially goes to fan dragons and the cosplay category, no submitting those dragons to that category.
