Denim Cherub/Gloom Seraph/Strawberry Circuit Male Ridgeback
Ridgeback was kind of an obvious choice because of their origin. I wanted to go with some genes that were a bit more unconventional for the theme, hence Cherub/Seraph, though they look cloudy/stormy enough. The Circuit is for the electricity in the lightning (duh), but again I chose something less obvious, this time the color. Red lightning exists, and looks pretty cool, but you're less likely to see it, as it's usually way up in the top of the stormcoud, in the higher parts of the atmosphere. Also, denim Cherub itself has enough of a feel of the regular blue electricity, and the red just looks cool and adds some contrast.
I have a version with cyan circuit as well, but the red looked better. XP Here's the cyan one, though the Strawberry tert one is my actual entry:

In my scry Laced White and the long graceful neck of the Coatl represent the swan Zeus transformed into to seduce Leda. Poseidon needs some scales because all fish have scales too. He needs some dark colors and a lot of big eyes to be perfectly adapted to the darkness in the deep sea. The wings are based on the delicate fish fins and to make him even more invisible in the water.

The lionfish and the current are pretty obvious. I chose midnight for the blue accent color in lionfish and the smoke represents the currents in the ocean.

His wings glitter like waves lapping against the side of the beach, his teal blue body seeming to whisper the secrets of shipwrecks and civilisations sunk. It's so easy to become entranced by him- this vision of godly beauty- one might ignore the sharpened claws, hardened and stained with the terror of the Abyss. And that would be your undoing.[/i]
