For any random color, it would be 1/31329 (0.0000319193%)
For the specific Obsidian color, it would be 1/5545233 (1.80335073e-7%)
That's a lot of eggs you have to go through..

So my friend asked if I could make my starter as obs/obs, I didn't know what that meant so I just did it for fun.
Then I looked at my dragon and discovered that the tertiary was also obsidian...
