I've been browsing through the Accent forum and most Accent makers/sellers seem to have dozens, if not upwards of a hundred, Accents they've made. They're all organized into neat little icon rows, which makes it impossible to tell what's what without taking forever, lol. And there's tons of sellers.
So for people who like to buy custom accents, how do you find ones you like? And how do you pick them? Or are you subbed to a few artists you've stumbled across and that's your go-to source?
For accent artists, how do you get yourself out there and generate interest when there are hundreds already to choose from?

This thread shows all the skins that have been added in the previous day or so, which gives a great overview of what is currently coming out. There's also
this similar thread for advertisements for upcoming skins. I love to look through them to see all the new stuff but it's also a wallet killer haha.

when I would print out my skins, I would yeah use gasp to get people who would be interested
when it comes to accents I just pick what I like, mainly themes I am interested (or I just like stlye of artist). I found artists who I like from "hey this fest skin is nice, I wonder what this artist has more of", or I see dragon with skin I like, or randomly on AH so I also look for artist. and then just join their pinglist to see when they release more
what also helped to find more artists I like is following
database additions

I sub to artists I like for new releases, but I also check the database if I want to find an accent/skin for a specific dragon

same! I mainly wait for pings and grab/sign up for stuff I like.
sometimes I also browse the AH, e.g. if I have a particular dragon I feel like fancying up. I often set a minimum of 400g to filter out most fest skins*, and stop browsing when it gets too rich for my budget, say, 1-1.5kg.
*no shade on fest skins, they are great! but I often have looked through them already and the duplicate listings get repetitive.

Wow, I had no idea there were such resources. Taking notes and subbing!
Thanks, everyone!
