Hello there. It has uh, been a while. A good while. Far too long. Like. An insanely long time since I first started this and said "hey, I'm gunna make it into a subspecies" only for me to get burnt out and procrastinate it for.. let's see here.. a little over a year! Spectacular.
But no seriously, I feel like I committed fraud or something. I'm sorry. It's kind of funny though if you think about it.
Major thing that kept me from working on this is that I really wanted to publish it as polished as it could be right off the bat. But I ended up never commissioning artists, or figuring out how to write manipulative- I mean convincing marketing. Whenever I feel stressed out over things like this I end up just running away from it entirely.
Sob story aside, I kind of realized I should just post it and I can y'know, spiff it up as time goes by. It's also April Fools [at least.. it is still for me.. and the website..] which I thought would be hilarious timing.
I can only assume a lot of you gone inactive by now, but if you were promised a free Tapeworm, here's your chance! Try to provide me with proof or something. I won't be able to remember.
I have the lot sitting around in here, though of course, I plan on pumping out more. Check the bios first, some were reserved by specific people that I gotta check up on first.

Slimy marketing copy is something I got fairly good at at one of my old jobs before it sucked my soul out through my eyeballs, so if you need someone to write some of it for you, absolutely send me a message. It feels scuzzy to write because it’s supposed to if you’ve got a sense of empathy, but using that skillset to sell pretend tapeworm dragons on a silly pixel dragon website feels like a much better use of everyone’s time.

I find it fun to see people make subspecies based on actual things but with a plot twist of sorts!
Also,I'm glad you took a break..maintaining a massive thread can be stressful indeed,so it's genuinely better to step back and prioritize yourself before committing to your goals.

SAME. I ghost because "It's too much to face, give me 1 more day" and then 1 day turns into weeks, and then... If tackling something is hard, but giving up is harder, it stays in limbo.
