Half of my dragons have like normal-ish human names, like Will and James and Simon. But then, of course, we also have Dicentis and Aloysius and Iorwerth. And we also can't forget about my dragon who is just named Knife. Yeah.

A lot of my dragon names are references or inspired by something I have at least passing fascination with. I've got dragons named after figures from various religions, stars, planets, genus/species names, scientific terms, video games and books, and so on.
I've also got dragons with names like Pancake, Scrimblo, and Beefus.
Sometimes you just gotta read the dragons vibes and name them accordingly.

Yes, lol. All the time. Half the time I'm on fantasy name generators or behind the name for an hour, the other half I'm just full on vibes. But all the dragons have to fit their names, or else I look at them with disgust forever until I can come up with a better one... Poor Uldene... poor Quirine... VanillaPeach darn you!!
My names are all over the place in theming, type, origin, etc. Like Blizzardthunder vs Bruno vs Mesa vs Spaghetti vs Lynette. Idk if this tab is going to make me cringe or laugh when I see it finished. The amount of names I'm going to have to use guarantees there will be many not "dragon-ish" names. XD
Edit: dragon-ish names is a very subjective thing so I put it in quotes. In my eyes, dragons can have any darn name they can come up with, and it makes sense. But it does sound a bit goofy sometimes XD
