Hochmael's an ancient imperial who's in charge of the city's elite guard. He may or may not be a little cursed with a serious case of lycanthropy, but he's been handling it decently well.

Halia's a lorekeeper. Specifically she's a keeper of long lost recipes, which were lost mostly because someone straight up ate them. Her boss is now no longer an aether, and she's seen as a savior of sorts due to remembering the recipes he ate while succumbing to the midnight munchies. Figured being a memorial dragon for a pet made her a perfect fit for a keeper of memories too.

Lastly I have Shamira. She may or may not be a bit of a gossip. The worst part? She's a student. Literally the source of all secrets the professors are hiding, no matter how silly or insignificant they may be. Her whole thing is to just make her existence everyone's problem, and she loves it. Her favorite rumor is that Halia's boss actually chides his sweets when they come out a bit off.
