Alrighty, these guys are pretty much my shady dudes, ehehe. I left out one due to having actual physical items on his body (he has armor) and not being very animalistic. Technically, my Facilier fanpet also has a shadow form, but I may leave him out for now unless you don't mind seeing him.
Best part about 'em is that they're literally just shadows given form so idk if that would ease the difficulty or not, but we'll see~ Reaper in particular can shapeshift; Still working on Shadow Man, and Dark Xac and Ultimo 00 are less priority due to having a lot of art, but are also open if you prefer.

Reaper is a proud and arrogant henchman of another of my OCs (known as One or Lord One), and they rival the OC below.
Ideas: Tbh, if you want to do a multichar trade, I can try taking on another of your OCs (doesn't have to be related to Kiddy; I can just draw 2 pics for you in exchange). Reaper and Shadow Man tend to go on missions together a lot and while they normally get the job done, they bicker constantly. Otherwise, Reaper tends to be the silent type with a blade that paralyzes targets. There's never any blood, and it strikes the shadow of their prey.
Shadow Man is Reaper's biggest rival. Takes his job seriously and will do anything to please Lord One. I know he's not animalistic (gotta work on his anthro form); I just wanted to leave him in case a shadowy man would be doable.
Ideas: He's probably the most horrifying of all One's henchmen, being able to make even the shadows of objects make sounds. He really loves iron fenses and scraping his claws against them.

Dark Xac
Personality: Cruel, menacing, an absolute nightmare, enjoyed tormenting others (especially those who couldn't see him)
Lore Snippet: Tbh, it's tricky to mention if I don't have his host and former selves linked along with him, but due to limiting to just my shadow guys, I won't be posting his host here. But basically an inner demon, depending on where you're at in the storyline; He was also a demigod, and also became a more kind being, of whom will be posted next.
Notes:
He is only seen in dark places so would not have any light.
Ideas: Him walking along a dark pathway, or him standing against something with one hand against it as he challenges others to come get him. He may also be seen sitting in a throne-shaped shadow, awaiting his next move.

Ultimo 00
Personality: Caring, kind, not scary/cruel/mean!, enjoys the beautiful things in life (such as roses), regrets his former actions, enjoys being pampered.
Lore Snippet: The "present" Dark Xac - whose coming process is tricky to explain. Decided he had enough of Temptlord's "petty grudge" and stripped of his evil self to become a redemption story. Most accept him for who he is now, but Xac still deems him filth - something Ultimo expects of him due to being most affected by his former actions. Also enjoys growing obsidian roses.
Notes:
Seeing him drawn scary or mean will literally make me cry bitterly. Please don't do this to him. He is my first "real" hero type OC so he's a new run; Also he's a fan favorite. :P He and Dark Xac may be less prioritized due to having quite a bit of art as it is, but are still open if they look easier.
Ideas: Definitely sitting on a throne or long couch, just chilling. Maybe getting his hair brushed or claws filed as he does enjoy his pampering.
