Bright lightning crackles above vast spires of metal, the storm muffled deep within the bowels of The Source. With each new strike, wires spark and dials quiver as the energy filters inside, a large contraption delicately built of etched stone and sharp alloys.

As the tempest rages above, dragons filter in one by one, the room dark save an ominous glow touching the brim of the odd creation. Hushing murmurs among themselves, each dragon, a far cry different from their neighbor, silently assemble into groups. A ritual they've done before, or maybe just a feeling they have.

With one loud snap of lightning, the contraption whirs to life, a wobbly landscape appearing from between the spires. A large span of flowering fields, the largest group of dragons huddling inside. Just in time, as it's not long before the energy surges, changing the picture within to a cold, snowy taiga.

This exchange of life continues on for a while, before the machine returns to a dormant state again. No more dragons remain huddled in the shadow, except for one. Icy blue eyes fixate on the portal, before the towering figure fades away into the room, a nebulous vapor all that remains of them.

A plague of unknown origin began spreading across the Dragonhome, those afflicted slowly turning into dust and stone. While most succumb entirely, others survive to tell their horror stories, a curse lingering amidst the sand and cavernous depths. Isolating themselves in the hopes of stagnating the spread, Geo dragons are at odds with the wild desert, playing a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

Ever since a demon warlord from far below Sornieth rose to challenge the current ruler, however, a conflict threatening territory and family honor has scorched the landscape, neither party willing to concede - now, they risk not only losing their land, but their factional position, too.

Phyto

A heated conflict between tribes led to mass isolation many years ago - entering Omnia, however, Phyto dragons hope to mend the wounds of the past and move forward in a collaborative future. But, different beliefs and cultures threaten to split a deeper rift between races, unless common ground can be found amidst cold glances.

Uncovering two resting but violent spirits caused a surge of chaotic energy to spread throughout the catacombs, enveloping many in a vicious battle. Though containing the minor deities was nothing short of a titanic feat, the cost was grave, and all live with the consequences of the calamity - some even prophesy another encroaching upheaval.

Cyber

As the only faction who's place in Omnia has been actively contested, Cyber dragons walk on eggshells to try and stay in their peace pact. Yet, the grossly negligent dictator combing the neon landscape for subjects to join her robotic army could care less. The only hope for their salvation is a small rebellion group deep within the city, who hold Omnia's motto close to their chest.

Dormant for a long time, the sudden arrival of a foreign but spiteful spirit plunged the once beautiful forest of lanterns into a death trap. Taking one step off the trail places ill-fated travelers into his domain, where only the will of a wrathful elder god can hope to drag them back out - if she deems you worthy, that is.
