[center]I know it’s a little silly but I’m just so excited about this!!
Way back in 2019, I got the amazing opportunity to purchase a dream dragon of mine… An infertile dragon!
This is how she looked when I first got her.

I’ve never been a fan of Crystal/Facet, so I decided to fancy her up with a more unique look. I came up with this.

I thought it was amazing! But… as time went on, I fell out of love with it… It just needed an update. I never really knew what to do… Until now!
With some drastic changes, this is what she’s come to be!

Basic Tertiary for now, but hopefully something will come along in the future that I’ll like… Either way, I’m really happy with it. Love/Affection fits her so perfectly, in my opinion. Nightingale has been one of my prized possessions for a long while now, so she deserves the TLC! :)

I considered Fishbone, because it does look nice, but it definitely wasn’t the vibe I was going for with her! She’s a sweet, motherly type, and I felt Fishbone looked a bit aggressive… You know?
Paradise, however, does fit a softer theme! And I love working the eyes into gene combos.
I always forget about different eye types… I’ve been around too long, hahah.

Infertiles came about in 2016 when there was a brief glitch in the breeding system, where two dragons who couldn’t normally breed (Too closely related), suddenly could. It was swiftly patched, so the phenomenon can’t be replicated now, but the damage was already done. The offspring can’t breed at all, as no matter who you pair them with, it will always say they’re too closely related.
There is a similar glitch that's happened recently, but they can still breed. They’re called Inbreds instead. No one’s quite sure how this glitch occurs, though. Still a developing subject.
Either way, both instances are very rare. Infertiles in particular are very few and far between.
