Also, jumping on the theme here, but “stitches” across the whole dragon, that would (ideally) mesh really nicely with the stitched and patchwork genes, but would also look awesome on the other genes, too. [/quote] If they gene being actual pins is too upsetting, it could be cute as little frilly bobbles instead ;) Shaped similarly to the feathers on a peacock’s head, and I’m also picturing the tall thin mushrooms with round tops from Hollow Knight ;) Maybe they’d be a little swoopier than straight pins if they were supposed to look organic in this way
