Ringlets is imo difficult, as it can quickly look cluttered. But as with every other gene, when it works, it works. I like the texture it gives! I really love how the pattering changes on tundras, with just the barest hints of it touching the wings actual membranes but completely changing the fur that covers them. It fills up space on some genes that would otherwise be empty. It's just finding the right canvas for it to rest upon, as well as matching or complementing the colors of your dragon.

But I've always loved Orca's color schemes, and her Moon Ringlets looked like dangling jewels on her, for me. Anyway, I made her a perma-like(I don't usually make 'perma' because lore wise reason).
