Happy anniversary, Flight Rising! She's older than my account; I don't remember the exact circumstances under which I got her, only that I got her for free. I scattered her once, and while I suspect many would call her "ugly" (she's one of six with her color combo, the oldest and only non-exalted), I'm very happy with how her accent ties her look together with her lore (still only sketched out, sadly), and she more or less matches my [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/den/158838/1713833/3]ex-Golem Workshop fighters[/url] (ex-fighters because of GW's expansion), of whom she is a part.[/columns] [columns][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/25317070][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/253171/25317070_350.png[/img][/url][nextcol][size=4]It's very hard to pick a single favorite dragon; I'm going to show off Yin here because he has the distinction of being the sole dragon in my clan to wear a full skin; beneath it, he's a very boring-looking dragon. I deliberately bought him for his lack of color and boring genes. Then on top of his wild skin, I piled on wild apparel: he's the clan jester. He actually struggles with depression and negative body image; he chose his profession in an attempt to combat both. And while making others laugh helps to some degree, it also masks his illness - visitors to the clan would never guess his negative inner thoughts.[/columns] [columns][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/13187727][img]https://www1.flightrising.com/rendern/350/131878/13187727_350.png[/img][/url][nextcol][size=4]And maybe this is cheating a bit, but another favorite dragon: Keahi. He matches the site's official colors, right? He was the very first dragon I bought after I joined and created my progens, and he just makes me happy, never mind his lore as the clan's hatchling-sitter (which he's very good at!)[/columns]

He's the owner of a hoard of books passed down from generation to generation, and he's converted said hoard into a public library of sorts. He is well known for his beauty, but is very humble about it. Is she looking at you out of interest or is she silently judging you? Probably neither. Also she likes cherries. I have a lot of favorite dragons, but I'm going with him because my first pick I entered in a weekly contest recently, and my second pick I'm planning on entering for the light themed contest. But don't be mistaken! I love Goryo. He is based off of an important character in a video game I want to make someday. He is an alchemist who spends most of his time indoors alone with only a few animals keeping him company. He forages for ingredients at night, creeping through the woods, hiding in bushes and trees. Dragons who see him avoid him due to his unsettling nature and bizarre body language, and some believe him to be insane or malicious. In reality, he grew up alone in the woods and raised himself. As a result, he is terrified of social contact and has a very timid personality.

Seeing him with a new lens led me to the AH for an accent that fit, and I'm really pleased how he turned out. I bought him partly gened from the AH years ago and he's still one of my favourites. Although he's an ice dragon I consider him to be my nature rep. She's one of the first 3 dragons I leveled to 25! Auk has been with me for the majority of my time and is near and dear to my heart :)

I received her from an old dragon adopt. This is Sartorious. He is my custom progen. He is the chief book geek in my lair, and of all my dragons I can’t imagine my lair without him.
