I used up all my gathering turns this morning unfortunately, but in order to keep the streak to I need to gather 10 times in ice instead of 5 then? or is 5 fine as long as thursday's quest isn't up yet?

Also, is there a time / time range that new daily quests appear? Or just whenever one of you remember XD
